The hotel itself was beautiful, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The only complaint was the views from our rooms. We were staring directly at an abandoned, creepy building, and the alley down below was somewhat noisy. I was pretty bummed about those views!

Poor service. I needed the pull out bed and had to do it myself which was heavy and awkward. I had to call twice to get bedding delivered for this bed. Compared to other places I’ve stayed the response was poor.

Stayed here for the Metallica concert. Super convenient and within walking distance to Lumen Field. Staff & Valet’s were excellent! King size room was a tad smaller than expected, but served its purpose.
