I had a wonderful experience at Crowne Plaza. The staff(Walter/Cody) was friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a lovely view. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Seattle. I highly recommend Crowne Plaza and look forward to returning!

The towels were like sandpaper and I wished I’d brought my own. I don’t like those foam top mattresses, but that’s because I’m handicapped and it’s hard to get out of those beds. Because if the mattress I won’t be staying there again.
