Parking not easy. Only valet service and a downtown Seattle issue not this hotel problem: not much ev charging. Superchargers close at 7pm. Need to travel 10-15 minutes outside of dt to find charging. They cannot even plug in 110v overnight. Hotel is old and after checking in you need to go up or down stairs to get to an elevator. Weird design. They were having elevator maintenance when we were there so calling an elevator was extremely slow.

Check in was rough as their new automatic system wasn't working. There isn't a sense of urgency among the staff. The room looked quite different to the website. It was as basic & cheap as could be with little style or decor. No second lamp on the opposite bedstand. Tiny, inconveniently-arranged bathroom with fussy plumbing. TV mounted in a corner making viewing for everyone in the bed uncomfortable. Pillows were piles of mush without structure. Too much street and hallway light coming through to rest well.

A New Look and Elevated Stay!

Lovely room. Very quiet, clean. Nice coffee shop downstairs. Easy walk to King Street Amtrak station, ID and Chinatown. Felt safe walking around.

Really enjoyed pur stay here. Location was perfect and close to all areas and amenities. Staff was excellent. Room was clean. Its an older boutique Hotel, so keep that in mind, however it worked great for us, and we enjoyed its charm. Will definitely be back!

We stayed here for 2 nights- hotel location was perfect, valet service was great and very fast, the hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The wifi was terrible though, the cable tv was down while we were there for a day, the lobby smelt very poorly of fake perfume air refreshers which was very very powerful. Bathrooms were very small and no fan - but for the price and location it was great. We will stay again

The property is in a good location, but the room is more like a motel then a hotel. It is fine for a night, but for the cost there might be better alternatives. The staff were attentive and kind, but they were understaffed resulting in waits for baggage concierge and valet. We were verbally assaulted by a man while waiting for our Uber in front of the hotel and the staff reacted quickly to handle the situation and chase the person away. The hallways had a bit of a musty smell, like an old motel. The small coffee shop in the building was handy and pleasant. The bed was comfortable, the furniture basic, room lighting could have been better. The bathroom was small and basic.

Room was way too hot. They switch from air conditioning cooling to heating on Oct 1. But they should have proper air conditioning because it was way too hot !!!
