When I checked in there was one lady has the Mexican accent, she works on November 14th at 10am, her tone is rude, aggressive, refused to help me and asked me to use the machine to check in. When I had the questions, she answered me whth the angry tone voice. Seemed like she is not happy with her job and like to bully customers. I felt that is not good customer service. Check the schedule who worked on that way and she stood on the leftside

The service was great. Very friendly and helpful. We didn’t have garbage bags in our trash cans the whole 4 days we were there and I don’t like how the room service people don’t clean your room everyday replacing towels and what not unless you request it. I wish the hotel had some sort of transportation option or that the parking was included instead of being $45 a night when you can park down at pikes for $30 a night. Simplistic rooms. And our bathtub facet was loose so spun or was crooked as well as the roller paper holder on the wall was lose so the toilet paper kept falling off it. Beds are comfy and the hotel was always clean.

Location was perfect. Halfway between Lumen Field and Pike Place market. It is quite a hike uphill from waterfront but plenty of stops available on the way.

Hi the stay was awesome as their associates are great , Ms Dennis was particularly great, Ms Gissele and Ms Rosary were also great, my only thing is instill haven't got my 100$ refund they take as refundable precaution for the room, Would appreciate if I can get it soon or an update on when will that be refunded

This was new for me, having stayed at many hotels from many different chains, but having a policy of not making up the bed and emptying out the garbage, unless I request this, seems absurd. I get the towel thing to conserve water and save our planet, but the only thing that is being conserved by not preparing my room for my second night stay by making the bed and taking out my garbage, is paying their cleaning staff. Their only recourse was to tell me "well, you could have requested your bed to be made". Shocking! If I wanted to have a crappy sleep in an unmade bed for $150, I may as well just slept in my car in a the parking garage. This is a brutal policy, and they didn't even suggest ANY compensation, such as waving the one night fee or anything for that matter. I won't be staying there again, and I will pay very close attention to other hotel's policies in the future. Poor example of a restful place to stay.

Location was central to downtown. The coffee shop was nice relaxing area. My dislike was the first room which I rate poorly. As a result, the next day, I was moved to a bettet room. Im addition, the gym was closed although the web site made no mention of gym not being available
