Excellent rooms and facilities. Breakfast wasn’t great often running out of basics and finish time of 9am congested the small breakfast room and contributed to food running out. Great to have washing machine and dryer on-site but the use of an app you needed to download and navigate was annoying - tap (credit card) to pay would be much easier. I also wished the bath water would turn off completely when using the shower - this wasted a lot of water. Great location - walkable to all major tourist activities and eating spots. Lovely clean hotel.

The staff was very friendly. We checked in on Sunday. The staff offered us a free indoor parking. He was responsible and told us that outdoor overnight parking is not very safe. The breakfast is great. We will recommend it to others.

We have stayed for 2 days. Room is nice and clean. Hotel location is very convenient. Included breakfast is good as well. Price is very reasonable. The only thing we didn’t like was the room service. The house keeper did not replace the empty tissue box, did not vacuum the floor. We had 3 people in the room, only get 2 sets of towels.

Overall the hotel is good. The rooms were kept clean, but I was a little disappointed that when I checked in I had indicated to the front desk that I needed daily cleaning service, but on the second day the room was not cleaned until I requested it. I am disappointed about this. The hotel is very close to the bus station and you can take the bus to visit the city attractions.

When I arrived at the accommodation late in the afternoon on December 27, 2024, the concierge on duty—who I believe may have been Black—demonstrated exceptional professionalism. They clearly understood how to work and respond to customers’ needs. While the overall facilities were decent, this concierge truly deserves praise for their outstanding service.

Nice downtown hotel at a good price
Newer hotel. Building and rooms are in near perfect condition. Breakfast is very good with scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, crustless quiches, sausage patties, bacon, bread, bagels, English muffins, loaf cakes, oatmeal, waffle machine, cold cereals, juices, coffee, yogurt, oranges, apples and bananas. Mattresses were indented and a bit too soft due to age — ours were not as comfortable as we expected. They need to be replaced. Very large TV (65? 70 inches?). More storage, more hooks, or shelving would have been nice. Large bathroom with lots of space to move around. Our room was in the back half of the hotel that overlooked an alley and the backside of another hotel. The lack of view was okay. Window covering that let in light and had a garden scene was a nice way to block the non-view. The negative was the garbage and delivery trucks that came early in the morning. They made enough noise to wake us. The location is very convenient. Ten minute walk to the Space Needle. Twenty minute walk to Pikes Market. Secured parking underground for about $30 day including taxes was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the downtown area. A very nice hotel at a good price point.
