My Christmas Stay
The hotel has extra fees for everything. Parking expenses and costs for microwave. The views were amazing and the gentleman who greeted us was so kind. The bed is where all of trouble began. It was hard and very uncomfortable. For the cost I expected much more.

Room soaking tubs rule!
Second time staying here. I enjoy the rooms that come with the large soaking tubs, which I take full advantage of. Hotel staff always friendly and courteous. This time I ordered room service, and the meal just wasn’t good, but they were nice enough to remove it from the bill. Other than that, I like this place and will probably stay there again.

My husband had surgery so we stayed near the hospital. The Grand Hyatt is close to the hospital, but we don't know Seattle. Staff went out of their way to take care of us, making sure we knew how to get to the hospital and helping him when he was freshly discharged. They were always cheerful even though we couldn't tip anyone. The trip to Seattle , the hotel stay, and surgical expenses have drained us financially and the hotel staff still treated us wonderfully.

The property was nice, but parking was like $60, which when I called they said $30, $68 if you want valet (might as well do valet for the $8) the hotel room had a refrigerator but no microwave, you would think with all the eating places they would have a microwave, and the money you pay to stay there, however the room was very clean bathroom was really nice bed was comfortable and staff was really good
