The way into this place is a challenge, first you don't see many signs, second you have to go up to another floor. Once at check in, you can't leave the area to go outside unless you go back downstairs. My keycard and my partners had to be replaced 4 times. Got stuck in the elevator at least once cause the key lock system didn't work. Who doesn't use NFC! Last criticism, if I'm staying why is parking $50/ night... The good, rooms are modern and clean. Staff is friendly.

The air conditioner wasn't working in our room so we needed to switch rooms. In the switch, my husband forgot the rental car keys in a drawer, the front desk would not allow him to go in the room, they said it would take at least an hour for someone to check the room. We were told that the room was swept and no keys were found. My husband had to get a manager to let him in the room where the keys were in the drawer where he left them. Front desk did not apologize. Poor customer service! There was an employee named Chuck who was very knowledgeable and helpful navigating us around the city.

The hotel was very nice. The room was very big, clean, updated and the bed was so comfortable. The loction was in walking distance of restaurants, shopping and Pikes market. I would definitely stay there again.

Great stay! The front desk was very helpful. All staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and they WCB throw in a happy hour. Good location to walk to everything. Pike place market, monorail and lumen and t Mobile. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Had issue with our room cards once and had to get them reset. It was within walking distance to the Seattle Convention Center and there were a few good restaurants in the area.

Check in was a little confusing. First come first served but won’t take a number down to inform when rooms are ready. Lady at the front desk did not provide in and out pass for parking and had some issues leaving this morning. The elevator was so slow, 20 mins at time.
