Large clean room. Had a nice little pool and fitness Center. Even had a free laundry machines to use. Complimentary Breakfast was very nice. Location was good, walking distance to many shops and food options

They were absolutely amazing, we got off our cruise ship and at the hotel at 9am and they let us check in, they have free shuttle and you can order just about anything to have delivered for food.

Comfy beds, quite for the most part.They did give my brothers room away because they over booked and he ended up gettting twin beds when he reserved a king single bed. All they offered him for the mishap was free parking. So that was very lame.

Evelyn was fantastic, her customer service was tops. The room was clean and a perfect setup. The breakfast was very chaotic. It was busy but also poorly organized. A couple tweaks could have that area flow much better!

This is our second time staying here and our room is okay. It’s not as clean as our last stay, the tub drain drains slowly, and the a/c is loud. Overall we like Home2Suites because the rooms are spacious and the free breakfast has more options compared to other hotels.

It was fine for one night, room was clean but everything looked a little worn, not super comfy, and we were put in a room by the elevators which was loud. Outside front door of hotel looked pretty rough.

Loved everything about the hotel. It was very clean, and the stay was very peasant. My only thing would be that they don’t have water available other than from the sink which tastes Really bleachy. Other than that everything was awesome 👍 would definitely stay over again.

Stuck in Seattle!
Stayed at this hotel during the cyber crash that affected airlines. They were extremely accommodating. Helped us with early morning shuttles and provided pick up from the rental car center. They also extended our stay a night since our flight was canceled.

This was a last minute stay due to a flight delay. The airport shuttle service is a little confusing and seems inconsistent. However the hotel staff and shuttle driver were very kind and working hard. The room was clean and quiet. The desk staff were helpful. Breakfast was limited.
