You get what you pay for here. Our non smoking room wreaked of smoke. So much so, it gave me a headache and we smelled after we left. Our room was an outside entrance down a longgggg hallway. The heat had been turned off, the room was freezing. One elevator was broken when checking in but fixed when we left. The attached coffee place has a drive thru that causes issues for getting in and out. The room was clean though!

This property really needs a makeover. Super dated. The staff does a good job keeping it clean, it’s just waaaaaaay overdue for an update. Super friendly staff and cleaning crew the facility just really needs some work

I am giving this hotel 5 stars because of the location. Sure, the hotel is not fancy, it’s old and can use a face lift but you cannot beat the price. You are close to Whole Foods, Target, Traders Joe and restaurants. You can hop into an Uber for a few minutes ride to Bellevue Square. If fancy hotels is what you are after, there’s a Westin or Hyatt bear by. It maybe old but very convenient located, clean and helpful staff.

Everyone was so lovely to talk with but I will say that there were a couple stains on the wall (not too bad) and the bath tub was not too appealing But everything felt very clean otherwise and it was a cozy time

The building is obviously old but everything inside is clean and comfortable. all the utilities are standard. I would recommend for the stay if you are not looking for something fancy.
