Your site said my room would have an ocean view, the ocean is no where close to the property!! Our bathroom faucet didn’t work properly, the tv kept going out or was very pixely, carpet was stained and we were next to an elevator that you hear every time it’s used!

The place kind of looked nice then when you start looking you see things like ripped carpet "sealed" with black tape, moldy edges in the shower in the grout and ceiling, ripped sheets, and the noise!! Super noisy from street and other rooms. Plus the parking is horrible. I definitely wouldn't come here again and when I brought these things up to Hyatt they sent up maintenance but said he's gonna tell them to clean better ...... Disappointed on my honeymoon....

Not the usual
I booked a month in advance but when I got here they didn’t have the room type I wanted available. They did check me in early at 2pm so that may have been why. They put me in a different room and offered parking discount for the inconvenience. My main issue was noise, lots of what sounded like banging on pipes and I could hear employees in the alley yelling at some points. The room was also very squeaky when walking around due to the pillar in the middle holding the tv. Breakfast was also deceptive, everything looks good but I couldn’t finish most of it. Overall not the best experience though I do typically like Hyatt hotels.

We stayed at the Hyatt House for a week. I’m so happy we booked our stay with this hotel. The hotel is across the street from the Space Needle and other attractions. The monorail is also across the street, which is very convenient as you can take it to get to the Pike Place Market. Continental breakfast was good. All of the hotel staff was very friendly! Full kitchen in our room (nice). Last but not least, we enjoyed that it was quiet!

Coffee and bar in the lobby with cellphone charger and kitchen is the room is really convenient. Highly recommended to a traveling family. The only thing i suggest is tk place a handle on the sliding door to thd restroom.

Overall we had a great time at Hyatt house. It is across the street from the space needle and about a 20-30 min walk from the pier/Pikes market. Staff was very nice and friendly- they were happy to answer all questions regarding the area and where to eat. The only thing that was inconvenient was that they only had one functioning elevator. If one is in the 2 or 3rd floor, one can easily walk down but since we were in the 7th floor with a stroller it was not realistic. Therefore, it's important to set aside extra time in the morning to go down since you might be waiting a while. If we are back in the area, we would definitely return to this hotel!
