I purchased breakfast through my reservation which included 1 entree from the menu. When I went to breakfast and showed the server a card showing my breakfast was included with or reservation, I received awful slow service. Our waiter provided water and coffee to other tables that arrived after us before my table. We were not in a rush so it didnt bother us but it was obvious that we didn’t get our meal as fast as other tables and we didn't get coffee refills as fast as other. Service workers are amazing people. I'm always looking for a reason to over tip but the breakfast service disserve a zero rating. The front counter and housekeeping service was amazing and deserve a 5 rating.

Great location, staff very helpful and professional. Nice restaurant attached to lobby. Nice to have a wine time in the evenings, provided by the hotel. Very enjoyable stay and will stay again.

I found the property and staff were great very helpful they even had happy hour everynight free wine and free coffee in the morning always had cold water for you as well. The Outlier restaurant attached to the property had a great breakfast and we did dine there as well it was convenient for us and the food was good prices were not too bad would differently recommend the Kimpton Monaco in Seattle

Hotel was nice enough. Comfortable lobby with a lovely fireplace. I was really turned off by the parking. Hotel wanted $75 per night to park our rental — what a mess. In the end, I wish I’d chosen a different hotel. Would have been nice to have a pool, spa, room service and a menu that’s not confusing. Not likely to choose this property again as there was nothing positive that stood out.

They did not honor my pre paid reservation and said it was for a different day. I had a receipt and proof of booking but it took them two plus hours to find me another hotel to stay in. Not the staff’s fault that night but no explanation was offered how this happened and I booked this months ahead of time.
