The location for this property is great - if you're up to walk 15-20 minutes, you can reach Pikes Market/downtown area. There is a Whole Foods 2 minutes away and District H (Korean grocery store similar to H mart). The area is relatively safe. The building is kept pretty clean and the housekeeping staff is great. The downside to this property is that the building is old. There's hint of cigarette smell in our room and there seems to be mold behind the bathroom door stopper on the wall. One of the room curtains have a huge stain. So in terms of condition, its not the best. The breakfast that's included is alright... There isn't a lot but some fruits, a waffle maker, some breakfast sandwiches to be heated up - plain continental breakfast. Also, parking is super tight. They have some spots at ground level and they also have a gated garage. The spots are all super tight so be aware of that. It's worth the price charged (about $120cad a night) and I wouldn't pay more for that.

This property is a great value. The location is great, we walked everywhere. We felt very safe. The staff were all excellent, very helpful and friendly. The beds were very comfortable.

I usually don't leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience after a recent stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, it was not a pleasant one. Water Dripping from Ceiling: Upon entering the bathroom, I noticed water dripping from the ceiling, which was quite concerning. It was clear there was a serious plumbing issue, and it created an uncomfortable and unsafe environment. Moldy Smell: The bathroom smelled strongly of mold, which I assume was from the excessive moisture. It wasn’t just an unpleasant odor—it made the whole space feel unclean and unhygienic. Outdated and Damaged Drawers: The drawers in the bathroom were in poor condition, with visible cracks and signs of wear. It felt like they hadn’t been properly maintained in years. The breakfast does not have hot ite The breakfast was another letdown. While they did offer pancakes, everything else was pre-packaged or needed to be microwaved. It didn’t feel like a “fresh” breakfast experience at all—definitely not what I would expect from a hotel at this price point. Overall, this stay was far from what I expected. While I understand that things can sometimes go wrong, the condition of the room, the bathroom issues, and the underwhelming breakfast left much to be desired. I hope the hotel management addresses these concerns, as I can’t recommend it to others based on my experience.

the breakfast options were great! The front desk staff was observant and helpful. I had booked a king bread with a sofa pullout for my family of 3 and they were able to swap us to two queen beds. My 21 year old son was very grateful.
