I wish we would have know that they were under renovation. The room was absolutely gorgeous but what we were looking forward to with the "mingle wine time" had the wrong time sent out so we couldn't go to it due to another reservation. The restaurant and bar was not what we had experienced the past few times we stayed here. We are looking forward to returning once they are finished with the remodel. It looks like it will be beautiful once it's completed. The staff was very good to us as well.

The staff at this hotel were friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable throughout my stay. The rooms were also clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant place to relax. However, I found the hotel to be expensive. The breakfast itself was overpriced and lacked variety, with limited options and subpar quality. It seemed as though the hotel might be undergoing some renovations or construction, which could explain some of the shortcomings. Hopefully, these improvements will address some of the issues, such as the breakfast quality and potentially lower prices. Despite the drawbacks, I would consider staying at this hotel again, primarily due to the friendly staff and comfortable accommodations.

Beware - there's a 65 dollar fee for parking. Its a vallet. The surpise of the price sucked but it's understable if you compare local parking prices. Example: I believe we paid 30 somewhere by pikes market for 3 hours. Rooms were great: clean and very comfortable. The downfall was the construction taking place - took away from great amenities and elevators took awhile. Until those amenities are available after the construction - customers should get an automatic upgrade or discounts.

The hotel was not as clean as we had anticipated. Valet was wonderful & they offered a car service which was a great surprise! The fitted sheet was more like the fabric of a mattress protector, stain on the wall, gave us a queen bed instead of king… not impressed

I was expecting a lot more based on the photos and description, but this hotel feels more like a 3 or 4-star property, not a 5-star. The pictures online do not reflect the reality of the room and facilities. The furniture in the room, the lobby, and the overall service quality do not meet the standard of a luxury hotel. The cabinet in my room looked outdated—something I would expect in a 3-star hotel, not a 5-star. Additionally, the hotel charges an extra $20 per night, which felt unnecessary given the overall experience. Another inconvenience was that the hotel name doesn’t show up on Uber, making it harder to navigate. The food quality and staff service were decent, but certainly not exceptional. Overall, I won't be booking through Expedia again, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a true 5-star experience.

Excellent property right in the center of everything in downtown. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Suite was unique, very comfortable and had a nice view. We stayed for an evening and truly enjoyed ourselves.

Overall the stay was ok. The staff are nice and professional, however both of the phones in my king room did not work so having to go up and down to the main lobby just for basic questions, or ordering room service was inconvenient. The room was nice but not worth the price in my opinion. It was an average experience and in my opinion I would probably skip out coming back to the property. Again the staff was excellent, however the overall experience was too average for the price to stay.

Staff is incredible
The staff was superb and went above and beyond to make sure that we felt welcome and comfortable. I have an injury and they kept my ice packs frozen and helped make another one when the bigger one was not useful. Ashley welcomed us by making sure we got correct driving instructions, she hand wrote us a welcome note and gave us a little delicious treat! My daughter and i both were very fond of Ashley right away! She made us feel like we belong there as part of a family. The entire staff blew us away with their positive attitude and welcoming spirit. We felt very special. You are very lucky to work with these amazing staff members, each and everyone of them remembered us and made us feel at home. Your entire staff shines brighter than any other hotel we have been to downtown. Small hotel with huge heart and soul. We hope they will all be there when we return.

The photos are extremely misleading. This hotel should be listed as a two-star. There are safety hazards, as well, with the elevator — when pressing the selected floor, it consistently goes to a different floor. The room smells very bad — there’s a lingering odor and the ventilation in the room and hotel is subpar. The customer service representative (CSR) was polite but not knowledgeable of the administrative procedures; the attire of the CSR was also inappropriate. The atmosphere was very unwelcoming — there were hotel staff members that seemed to be part of the repair team but they didn’t wear any attire that represented that they’re affiliated with the hotel. To provide a small insight, I’ve traveled across the world, staying in a diverse range of hotels. Not only was I not comfortable with my family staying the hotel but if I were traveling solo, I would also choose not to stay in this hotel. Needless to say, I didn’t stay in this hotel for the paid duration that I pre-paid. To think that I was arriving to a beautiful and welcoming hotel for my family and I was a total letdown.
