Front desk people were rude. The driver that picked us up at the airport made us load our own luggage. As when we left we loaded and unloaded our own luggage. Tiles in the bathroom were falling off. Wallpaper was coming off the walls. It was a horrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend that hotel to anyone.

I did not stay here. When I arrived after a long day of travel, I was informed my reservation was cancelled. Expedia had confirmed my reservation and I had no notice of the cancelled. They were full and told me I did not have a room. I left angry and having to find a room at 9 pm at night.
Staff were fairly rude, when asking for extra pillows and towels, we were given pillows with no pillow cases and later when we asked for pillow cases it seemed like a major inconvenience. The website very clearly advised “breakfast included” but when asking about this at the front desk I was told rudely that it wasn’t included. Poor experience over all
The staff were not friendly and you had to wave down staff in dining area or go find them. One was laying on desk looking at his phone. The facility itself was great!!
Not a friendly welcome. Internet was down , with no communication about when it might be fixed.
Our phones both went to SOS. And we could not make or receive calls.
No help dealing with these issues.
Cancelled our stay, whole place had a sketchy vibe.
Ordered lunch waiting for room and could not eat the chicken, it was rubbery.
Horrible experience with this app. Canceled our reservation 6 days prior to the date due to my 84yr old mother having covid and needing to fly home early. Hotel and app would not refund or even credit our account. Very unsatisfactory and difficult to work with… never again using this platform.

Rooms were spacious and so was the bathroom..enjoyed the space and service was good as well
At check in the receptionist (older gray haired woman) was condescending did not greet/acknowledge us at all. Spoke rudely to us. Didn’t get her name, however, later a new receptionist Tracey was very kind and polite and I thanked her for that. The restaurant was not very clean and was uninviting. Flies everywhere in restaurant. Would not recommend this hotel.
My employer sent over a credit card authorization weeks in advance and the hotel indicated that they did not have it. Confirmation was received by employer that it was sent and received. I ended up having to pay out of pocket expenses until the next day when the authorization had to be resent. Affected my ability to rent a vehicle.

The room was spacious and clean. However, the front desk attendant was the worst I have experienced. Every sentence she spoke was carefully crafted for maximum rudeness.
Wall paper in our room was sliding off the wall tile baseboard was off and just stacked under the sink. Staff was unfriendly. The driver that picked us up from the airport made us load our own luggage. When we were checking out we couldn’t get any help . Could find personnel anywhere.
when I called from the airport to get the shuttle, I realized there was no contact phone # on the Hotels.com receipt. I called the Ramada and the desk person was very unhelpful. It seemed like a prison check-in w/ tiny speaking hole w/ desk person. Room was old/tired/peeling bathroom pain and cracked fixtures. The bright spot was the Vietnamese restaurant off the lobby.
