I always have a good stay here. It is mostly quiet and the people working here are very nice. It is kind of run- down, but always clean. The free breakfast is not great, but will certainly get your day started. Not many plugins for electronics. Had to unplug the microwave to charge phone and iPad.

The property was ok. They need new sheets I sent them in to change my sheets and the sheets had stains on them both times and they blamed it on the bleach, there was also hair in my bed their pillowcases are sheer see-through white there was hair inside of there and hair in the bowl in the sink of the bathroom. Other than that my experience with them was good

Ramada provides large, comfortable accommodations. The breakfast is a little limited (especially for a vegetarian). As a British person visiting, I will never understand why American hotels serve breakfast on paper plates and plastic cutlery. Obviously the issue of global warming has not reached American hospitality. The hotel is very 'tired' but the staff are attentive. There is a Mall nearby and a pleasant riverside walk, but don't walk the area after dark!

The hotel is lovely, offering a very basic but decent breakfast, making it a good value for the price you pay. Tukwila is somewhat distant from the city, but the bus service is reliable and costs $2.75 for unlimited rides throughout the day. However, the park behind the hotel is populated by homeless individuals, which made me feel unsafe walking around, especially in the evenings. Seattle itself is a nice place to visit, with beautiful parks. However, downtown has a significant homeless presence that can be quite overwhelming and serves as a stark reality check.

Perfectly fine for the price, rooms are clean and the staff was friendly. Under renovation while we stayed there so only the main entrance was useable which made it a bit of a walk to our room, but no complaints otherwise

The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly, and the breakfast was good. Overall, the property was clean - however, small things were off (i.e. the mini fridge's freezer leaked water, the hair dryer didn't work, the shower curtain wasn't quite long enough, the ceiling light in the bathroom was open and lacking a working fan). It didn't impact our stay but did raise a few eyebrows.

Location was convenient but we could hear the foot steps from the room above very loudly. We had an early night cause we had a big day ahead and we could hear every foot step till like 1am and it was hard for us to sleep. Also, we registered our car with the front desk and they gave us a parking sign to put on the dashboard. I forgot to put it out once and we got a note the next day saying we would need to move our car or it'll be towed. Just thought that they would have some sort of record to double check the license plate or something. There were also other cars without the note so wasn't sure why we were the only one that got it. They were also doing renos at the time which wasn't disruptive but there was just "stuff" everywhere

I recently stayed at this hotel with my university students, and it was a terrible experience. Despite its “good” rating on Expedia, it should really fall under the “poor” category. We initially chose this hotel for its convenient location and affordable price, but we were incredibly disappointed. The rooms were dirty, with many reeking of smoke. There were stains on the carpets, toenail clippings on the floor, and what appeared to be questionable substances smeared on the walls. To make matters worse, one morning we even found a pair of underwear in the hallway outside a room. The noise level was also an issue, as we could clearly hear someone yelling in a room down the hall. The location of the hotel also felt unsafe. Staying alone in my room, I didn’t feel comfortable going outside after dark or even using the gym by myself. Overall, I would strongly recommend looking for a different hotel for a cleaner and safer experience.
