We liked this property with one huge exception. When we checked in, we were hit with a $150 pet fee which was totally unexpected. We are used to paying pet fees of up to $50 but this was exorbitant. It had nothing to do with the type of dog we had as this is their standard fee. They rationalized it by saying the room would require an extra cleaning. No idea whether that is correct but there is no extra cleaning that costs that much. In any event, our pet did nothing in the room that would have required any extra cleaning. The fee was more expensive than the room itself. We feel like we were gouged under circumstances where we had no choice.

The hotel itself is adequate, unfortunately the room we booked didn’t have a king bed as promised and the heating wasn’t working properly. It was either too hot or the air conditioning would turn on so ended up having to heat then turn off completely and repeat this process the whole stay. Not ideal to have a comfortable room temperature

The lobby was inviting and modern. The room was clean and we were happy with the kitchenette and sofa space. The staff was the best part. Anna at the front desk made us feel so welcome and greeted us each time we came into the hotel or left. The bartender was also super friendly and accommodating. The only thing I could see that was not perfect was there was a small chunk of soap on the soap holder from a previous guest… not even a big deal to me. Will totally stay here again if we are in the area’
