Building was nice and secure with codes for main door, elevator and rooms. Place was excellent proximity to stadium (we were down for football game) we really loved the kitchen and the stocked dishes etc. Room was great a nice change we will for sure book here again

Really awesome space, wish I could live there full time! We had two amenities issues that did not get resolved for our entire stay even though we immediately notified Sonder. It wasn’t a deal breaker and would still recommend overall.

We felt very safe and secure at this property. There some construction in the area but we didn't hear anything in the building. It's Pioneer Square are so lots of old buildings to look at and nice shops and restaurants nearby. We loved the loft bed area, but for people mobility or balance issues this wouldn't be a good option. Some of the lights in the room felt too harsh, maybe some warm light bulds would help. And we felt like the loft bed was missing artwork on the wall or something like that too brighten up the space. Bathroom and kitchen were nice and clean. Good amount of storage area in the room.

We loved the area and the walkability to T-Mobile Park to watch Major League Baseball. We could walk to the market at Pike Place. There is a lot to do in Seattle with easy access to all. The entry codes were easy to use in this quiet building. We loved the loft space. We also were able to store our luggage with the self-storage as our plane arrived early in the morning. Communication eas good.

The access to the bed in the loft is via a very steep ladder which is not mentioned in the details - I have a bad knee - made it up the first night w some difficulty / couldn’t make it up the 2nd night. The second evening there was a live band playing loud heavy metal music right outside the entrance - had to work through the crowd to get to the front door and you could hear the music in the room even though I was on the other end of the building

Pros: Very convenient to Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park. Cool, comfortable rooms. Cons: Safe parking was very hard to find. A lot of homelessness and drug usage in neighborhood.

Building was in good condition and enjoyed the organization of the Sonder service. Easy to check in, appreciated supplies provided and did not have to interact with cleaning staff. Having to enter access code for building entrance elevator room each time is a little inconvenient - would suggest using keycards.

The photos were misrepresentative. The ladder is way steeper than it appeared. No safe in the room to store valuables. Limited closet space without crawling on hands and knees on the bed. Construction directly outside our balcony causing loud noise and dust and no privacy. Balcony furniture covered in bird droppings. No personnel on site. Room much smaller than it appeared. Paid for 4 nights only stayed one night and relocated.

Loved this property, even though the neighborhood is sketchy I did feel safe and loved the vibe of the room and rooftop. We will definitely come back
