So the stay was really nice and the room were clean and very comfortable to sleep in. Staff was nice. The only two thing I had a problem with was first thing was on line it said it was a continental breakfast and when we front desk ever said that we had to pay for breakfast and all see said was breakfast is from 6:30 AM to 10 AM. I was never offered a VIP drink package. The second thing was when I booked this package I realize that it book wrong two rooms and from what I click on. So call Expedia and they said I would need call hotel. So when called the hotel they said that I would have to cancel it and I would get a refund. So I did that and rebook the two room I was wanting originally within first 15 min of booking this. So wait few day to see if the refund came and it did not. So called on this and they decided to tell me then that first booking that I made was not refundable and that there was nothing I could. So now I am playing for 4 rooms and only able to use 2 rooms. I even try originally to ask if they could switch the original booking and they say no I would have to cancel it. So when I call about the refund and found out it was not refundable I asked if I could use it since I paid for it and just use for other trip and they also said no. Please make sure you’re paying attention when u are booking with this place because they don’t care if they help you fine a better solution. They got there money that all that they care about. I would never stay here again.

I enjoyed me stay here, the room was clean and comfortable and the hotel had plenty of parking ($10/day, which is super cheap in my experience). The walls are very thin - I could hear the person in the room next to me singing to themselves, which was weird, and if anyone was in the hallway, I could hear them clearly as if they were in the room with me. Thankfully, I went during a time where it the hotel wasn't very busy, so it wasn't a problem for me, but I could see where it might be if it had been busy. It's also in a weird location - kind of at the back of a series of hotels and buildings all in a clump. Maps led me to a random building and at first I thought I was totally lost, but after I drove around the area for a while, I finally found it, so be aware if you're using a GPS, you may get led to the wrong building. My son and I were very much looking forward to our stay at the Soneta. The images of the property online were beautiful. When we arrived we were not disappointed. Beautiful spot. Check in with Valerie (I believe) was very pleasent. She was a highlight. The room was a great size and the beds were excellent. All good. The first issue arose in the fact that although being in one of the tech hubs of the world the room was very low tech and dated. There were no USB ports for charging or convenient plug ins for chargers. The old light fixtures had outlets but overuse has rendered them all but unusable. For three of the nights we had rain; not much opportunity to stay out at night so we stayed in. Night one several tv stations stop working. All the majors. We couldn't watch the Mariners clinch a championship berth in their own city. This wouldn't have been such an issue if there had been a way to cast to the TV. It was too old for that capability. Highly disappointing. When we asked the staff each day we got the same reply, "We don't know. Sorry." Aside from Valerie at check in they were not helpful. I have been in customer service for over twenty years and I couldn't let any of these issues stand at the rates we paid to stay here. Anticipation of customers needs before they even arise is a hallmark of a customer service oriented team. I expected better.

My bathtub was dirty, with visible dirt still in it it’s not very business friendly parking is 11.00 dollars a day and it advertises parking no where did they say they charge for it. This hotel is not directly downtown bellevue so i would expect parking would be free there is no extra protection provided for my vehicle it’s not in a garage or even covered area unnecessary charge to customers
