Manager that does not have the skills to manage,

Was woke up early in the morning forced to move my vehicle for a truck that could have backed up and easily exited the property. I feel that with proper management they would have instructed the driver of that truck to back up and they would not have had to disturb anybody.

My wife and I stayed here to celebrate birthday trip in Seattle and Bellevue. The staff greeted nicely. If you have a car, you’re paying additional $10 per night. There’s a nice campfire right outside the lobby with gorgeous patio. We stayed on the first floor and enjoyed taking advantage of it to eat outside with takeout orders a few times. There’s also a pool but looked like it was popular so we decided not to go. There were better locations like the Meydenbauer Bay to kayak at anyways. The location of hotel is in a very convenient and safe spot. Although the quietness outside is superb, you’ll likely hear late night conversations only few times outside the hallway and from neighbor rooms as the wall seemed thin. We stayed here 3 nights and all nights had some minor ruckus. Sleeping was no problem and the room inside was spacious for the size (we got king bedroom on the first floor facing patio). I recommend this place for dog owners, someone looking to stay couple nights at a convenient location (since you can take highway straight to other cities and areas), and for the price (we paid $130 per night).

A bit disappointed when I checked in past 6 pm staff told me no available clean room. I have to wait for few minutes to get a room. Also not quiet, I stayed in ground floor and I can hear people walking, talking around 2 am. Not sure if someone is also using the laundry but I can hear the machine running.

This is the perfect hotel for families. Small and cozy, personal were very helpfull. And it is in a beautiful neighborhood.

lets begin with the small things. The hotel is entirely pet friendly and so the bottom level rooms all had smells. Thus had to stay upstairs which is not conducive for disability. the pillows are not comfortable. hallways are noisy and people set out their trash at night as there is no everyday housekeeping so the hallway smells. Also harsh corridor freshners are bad for health. the coffee maker was not working and there was loud piercing noise today in morning making it difficult to lounge in lobby. The staff generally were very good. However the hotel gave us a shock when they knocked once and straight away walked into our room before we could react.. 2 of them were in uniforms and all i could think was ICE. They scared us terribly. I wanted to slam the damn door at them and scream at them and have them leave. But they proceeded to tell me that they left a paper the day before to chk sprinkler but we did not get any paper. and then how dare they SIMPLY ENTER without me opening the door and not giving us time to resond to knock. The audacity and shamelessness of the hotel manager is mind numbing.How dare they scare the life out of us. What if someone was in an undressed situation. They have phones and can call the rooms that are occupied. I will never stay there unless the manager is fired and the hotel issues a refund and apology for the absolute carelessness of their actions.
