This hotel sold hotel room during a time that they had no power and then refused to refund the hotel. Several parties were impacted. How does a hotel sell a room when the hotel doesn't have power?

Not too impressed
The pool and hot tub was closed and were never tild. Would not jave booked this hotel if we knew that as i was traveling witg little kids. Also the breakfast buffett was not great, oor slection and most of the hot items were cold.

I was very disappointed about our stay here. We have stayed in this hotel before and was very pleased: big rooms, good breakfast, and safe location. This time, we were very disappointed because the pool was closed. That is understandable, everything needs maintenance some time, but the problem was it wasn't communicated anywhere on the property website or booking information. We would not have stayed here if we knew the pool was closed.

Facility was clean overall. Quiet place to stay and have a good sleep. Breakfast was okay. We were very disappointed with the pool being unavailable. My son loves swimming and we chose this hotel because of that. I understand it happens sometimes but the way the front desk staff handled it was upsetting. I asked him if the pool will be opening soon, he just said "no it is closed for the whole week" with a straight face, no apologies at all.
