Every staff member we interacted with was awesome! They answered lots of questions we had about the hotel and city since it was our first time visiting the area. The room was super clean and was easily one of the most secure hotels I've ever stayed in. Public transportation (bus pickup) was literally steps from the entrance which made days we didn't want to take Uber or Lyft super convenient. We would definitely suggest this hotel to friends and family and would absolutely stay again if we ever travel back to Seattle in the future.

The front of hotel staff were wonderful. And the king size bed was fabulous. Unfortunately the pull out didn’t come with sheets or blankets so we had to find them at 1130 at night after we got back from a baseball game. Which is mostly our issue for not checking earlier… however the room key battery was dead on our arrival from the game so what was an already late evening took even longer after multiple trips to the lobby and the staff trying their best to give us access to our room. Once we got in the room and the pull out was finally ready to sleep on it wasn’t the best quality. Have definitely had way better pull outs. Maybe time for an upgraded pull out sofa bed. But overall wonderful staff clean room and easy parking

Wonderful Stay in Whistler
This is a wonderful place to stay. The staff is extraordinarily helpful, the room was great and they greeted us with a bottle of wine. Whistler is also a great place to visit.
