Clean property, friendly front desk staff. Very close to airport with a free 24/7 shuttle. We were a part of 9 staying in 3 separate rooms. There is a small eatery attached to the lobby that seems to operate as a separate entity. We ordered pizza to the hotel and the girl running the eatery would not let us sit at a table to eat. We had to cram all 9 people into one room. The front desk staff did offer to let us eat at the couches in the lobby but we did not want to interfere with other guests who might be checking in/out.

Chose this hotel since it's across the airport; was only going to sleep for a few hours. Arrived late from a road trip from Canada, told the receptionist that we'll be here only for a few hours. She asked if we wanted the first or third floor; chose the first and she said it was in another building. Opted for the third to get the elevator; proceeded to the third floor, walk down three long carpeted ramps to get to the room. Basically another building. We only stayed for five hours and had to pull all of the suitcases against the carpet and at 2:45 a.m. on little sleep, it adds to the unpleasant experience, and given the fact that we told the receptionist that we're not staying long it would've been great if she suggested which floor would be closest. The free shuttle was helpful. For the room, I did like the bed, but that's about it. The shower pressure wasn't too hard, the bathroom space was limited, and had a very outdated feel. There seemed to be a fair amount of parking. Oh, not forgetting when my sister and I went back to the lobby to grab something a cop was there because of other guests being hostile with each other. The area itself is a bit sketchy. Is it a budget option, yes, and if only for an overnight, then this would be a decent option for you. But if comfort is what you seek, then like me, I would not stay here.

Brutally honest
The hotel is extremely dated, the only thing they have tried to do is paint. the bathroom and shower left more to be desired. The bed though was clean and very comfortable and the pillows were good as well. The AC worked better than most hotels. If you’re looking for a cheap hotel with not much for expectations you’ll be happy. Very close walk to airport and transit.

I hesitated about reserving a room after reading the reviews, but this is a good place to stay. My room was clean and had everything I needed. And the price is unusually low for the Seattle area. The people working at the desk were polite and helpful. This isn’t a 5-star hotel, but I have no complaints. And a very nice man will drive you to the airport. Just give him 15 minutes notice.

Perfectly situated for getting to and from the Airport. Easy help with the Shuttle for other errands like eating out and shopping!! Very friendly Front Desk/Reception Staff. Very good on that point. The Pool room, AFTER the weekend, was trashed....it really needed some attention. I was swimming after 10:30 am...very dirty. Maybe someone did not show up to work, and they were making due. Otherwise, I would recommend this Hotel to everyone. THank you.

for the price, very unimpressed. broken cabinet door to fridge, broken shower curtain, wasnt a restaurant, more like a cafe that wasnt open but for a few hours a day...i dont know, it wasnt what i expected. The staff was great!
