Check-in staff was amazing. Very helpful and accommodating. Our room was not cleaned during the 4 nights we were there and we had to repeatedly ask for towels and toilet paper. Location is good, but lots of noise from ambulances/police. Also had a hard time getting our car out of valet one day.

The hotel was so full of history and stories, we love places like this! Such a great experience inside the hotel, great parking options out front. We happened to be there on a weekend, we parked all day on Sunday for free! GREAT location if spending your time downtown! We walked to Lumen field in less than 15 minutes! The front desk staff were so kind! They put all of our ice packs into their deep freeze for us overnight as we had planned to get a lot of groceries the following day. I will admit that parking services at the hotel are quite expensive. They only have valet options at 65USD per night - but we watched people waiting for their car outside in the pouring rain with all of their belongings for upwards to 20 minutes. We requested a jacuzzi suite, the tub was nice but I did expect it to be a bit bigger. Barely fit two of us. All in all, an amazing property, very clean, amazing staff, trinkets and keepsakes available to purchase, and such a stunning old historical building! We will likely be back. :)

We had a great stay here while attending a Seahawks game. Wonderful ambience, comfortable room, amazing bar and food and terrific breakfast. Recommend highly and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place for a staycation
I stumbled across The Arctic Club when I was looking for a hotel for a staycation while having floors installed/refinished in my house. I had a deep soaker bathtub in my last house, and am having one installed in my new bathroom, but have really missed having long, hot baths. TAC showed up in a few Reddit threads and an article recommending hotels in the Seattle area with soaker tubs, and a friend really wanted to meet up for a drink in the fabulous bar, so I went ahead and booked two nights. Very happy I did. The tub wasn't QUITE as deep as I would have preferred (I'll try one of the King Jacuzzi rooms next time instead of the King Whirlpool), but it was still pretty good. The staff were wonderful throughout. Appreciated the security guards on the first floor making sure the area was well supervised and clean (the hotel is in a rougher part of town, but I did not feel unsafe because of the security presence) The bar food/drinks are amazing -- try the lychee cocktail and the fries, you will not regret it. I found out later that my sister in law recommends TAC to visitors and has had her own staycations here in the past, too. I am already looking forward to my next visit! Oh, and the bed was so comfortable I'm ordering one of the mattresses (Serta Presidential Suite 2) for my bedroom remodel.

There is no hotel onsite parking, unless you valet for$65 a night. There is nearby parking for $25-$40 a night. We were almost mugged in the public parking lot at the rear to the hotel. Nice hotel but would never stay there again due to safety concerns.
