The Warwick is the best all around hotel in Seattle. I have been staying here regularly over the last 20 years and every time exceeds all of my expectations. This was a 3 night and very special stay as it was to celebrate my 50th birthday. The location is close to everything and walking distance to so many great restaurants, shopping and attractions like Pike Street Market. The hotel is classic luxury and so clean and comfortable. These are all great but what truly makes this hotel stand out is the management and staff. Every single one of them I encountered went above and beyond to make my stay relaxing, fun and most memorable. The manager Les was so generous and accommodating and the front desk staff included every courtesy including a safe walk home check in option as I was out late on one of the evenings that I stayed. The parking staff were efficient and the cleaning staff did an immaculate job with every convenience found in the room and restocked daily. Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable hotel stays I have had in a very long time. I will always stay the Warwick when in Seattle and will recommend to anyone that wants a standout hotel experience.

The only negative would be that the room stated that it came with a soaker tub and it only had a standup shower and the bathroom was pretty small for an executive king size room

A good balance of views, location and amenities!
The Warwick is a great balance of location, amenities, and awesome city views, without breaking the budget. Staff was happy and friendly, the room, indoor hot tub, and pool were super clean and well maintained. Location is perfect to go downtown or for a short walk to Pike Place. Definitely plan on staying again in the future!

Affordable and great location. Staff were excellent, hot tub and pool were small and scummy. Room was clean but hadn't been deep cleaned in a while (walls sides of counters and cabinets etc)

Went to Warwick on NYE with my family. Walking distance to the fireworks / drone show at the Space Needle. Cozy sitting area in the lobby with fireplace. Rooms were nice, and it was nice to open the sliding doors to the balcony and take in the city view.
