Wonderful Stay
We highly recommend this condo. Wonderful quiet location, very clean and had all the amenities anyone would ever need. I cannot say enough positive about this place. We loved it. Thank you for everything. We had a fantastic stay. Sedona is absolutely stunning!

In need of some love
We have stayed in several units in this complex over the years. Overall they are good places and the location is wonderful. You can ride/ walk directly to so many trails from the front door. This unit that we stayed in this year is in need of some maintenance. So many of the electrical outlets are worn so bad a plug won’t stay in them. Light switches are broken and kitchen utensils (glasses, plates, bowls, cook wear, etc.) need to be refreshed and restocked. There are scuff makes on the walls along the stairs (something that could easily be fixed with a coat of paint). One of the bathrooms, the shower gets lukewarm at best. Also the bathroom shampoo, conditioner, body wash dispensers were empty. The Wi-Fi is pretty bad, it kept going in and out on us the whole week we were there. It is shared with the unit next door so when you get multiple people using it, it slows way down and often times freezes. The router is also next door so we couldn’t even reset it. I gave three stars on the accuracy of the listing only because I believe the owner owns at least one other place and the photos in the listing are of another unit and not the one we stayed in. It was just a little surprise to see different furniture when we walked in. As I mentioned, overall it’s a great location and the units are clean, it just would be nice to see the owners put some money back into them.

Best VRBO yet!
My family and I stayed here for our second time now and we can't wait to come back for a third! The townhome was super clean and had everything, and I mean EVERYTHING we needed. My wife kept saying she's never been to a vacation rental where the owners thought of everything. The location is perfect for us as we avoid the downtown (I think they call it uptown) area of Sedona since it's always too crowded. This area of Sedona has everything we need, minus the crowds and traffic in downtown Sedona. Everything about our stay was perfect and I'm already planning a boys trip back to Sedona next year! Thanks Phil and Ollie, we'll be contacting you shortly to book our next trip!!

The property wasn’t exactly as posted. The main level was great, except for lighting. The upstairs bed o& bathrooms were not well lite as well & we felt they were not as new/updated as stated. Water pressure in the 2nd shower was low & in the primary bath the faucets were not stable. Overall, for the location we would still recommend.

Great location. Just outside of uptown Sedona. Close to all the hiking areas. Place was perfect. Lots of room and having a washer and dryer made it perfect. So different than staying at a hotel, felt like home. We hiked during the morning, came back for lunch, then went out to hike in the evening.Then we cooked dinner.

The townhouse is beautiful, photos do not do it justice, its views were exceptional from the balcony, and it was a great home away from home. Loved having a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and the grill on site to use, those were all so very handy. On the down side, the beds however were too soft, both my husband and I woke up with body aches & pains due to no firmness in the mattress. The house was neat and clean for the exception of the floors and staircase leading up to the bedrooms, neither appeared to have been swept nor mopped prior to our arrival. Stepping around in our socks, there was crumbs of the sort and dirt on the floors. Our socks told that story. When I opened the vanity drawer the inside had not been cleaned or wiped down, and there was some body hair left behind inside the vanity. Perhaps a word with the cleaning crew will be helpful. Other than those few things, we looked past it, cleaned it to our likings, and we had a wonderful vacation! So a huge thank you, we are very grateful to Phil & Olly who have opened up their condo for guests to enjoy Sedona AZ., and to experience it in a private place. The home is lovely! God bless you both. I do believe your condo is also a vortex. Much was experienced in the condo from day one! We loved our time there.

Red Rock Golf Outing 2024 - The Sequel!
We had such a great time last year, that the guys and I rented the same two condos in the Village of Oak Creek for another week of golf, hiking, beer, and food. It is all right here close by and these condos make an excellent base (you can see the reviews I posted from our April 2023 trip (reviewed dated May 6, 2023) for additional details). The condos were just as we remembered them, and were again very clean and functional. There were a couple of very minor issues (hey, stuff gets old, just like any dwelling) but Phil was extremely responsive to our call (in fact, the maintenance guy showed up within minutes of my text to Phil, while Phil and I were still exchanging texts! Again, minor stuff that had no impact on our stay or enjoyment of the condos). We had a great time. The location is really perfect as were are near two of the courses that we played, and very near to several great dining options (Pago’s pizzeria and Italian and Maria’s Mexican, which is great for breakfast, are right across the street, as is JesseLee’s, which has great craft beer and wine; all within walking distance). Most of the trails we hiked were 15 minutes of driving away, so again very convenient. I’ver rented many vacation properties over the past 20 years, and these condos have about the easiest check-in and check-out processes of all; super easy! Overall, these condos are ideal for our needs. We are already planning our return trip for spring 2025!

Gps took us to the wrong location but we found it! Super cute home. It was clean and smelled good. I didn't think about having to carry heavy luggage up all those steps when booking but we did it. There was no sofa bed as listed but we didn't need it. The bathrooms had dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, but they were all empty. The beds were super comfy with really nice sheets. The area is gorgeous and a great location for seeing sights, hiking, dining, etc. Really enjoyed!

Sedona Townhome
Communication, directions & checkin were top notch, zero issues. This unit was perfect for our stay, location was great for us and enjoyed the privacy. Easy walk to grocery, bakery, pub & restaurants. Was great to come home to after long day of hiking or golfing. Unit had all the supplies needed to make our meals, bed & pillows were comfortable, shaded back patio on hot days was a relief. Would stay again!

Perfect Stay for Hiking Sedona
This was a wonderful home base for hiking in Sedona. It is located in Oak Creek, just a little south of Sedona, which means you can get to and from lots of great trails without having to sit in the terrible traffic going through Sedona itself. The home is very comfortable, clean, and well-stocked. Great communication with the owners, and the easiest check-in/check-out process of any VRBO we have ever stayed at. Would definitely recommend!

Loved our stay in beautiful Sedona
We enjoyed our stay at Phil's place very much. The location was perfect for us. This was a quiet spot in Sedona. There were wonderful restaurants and coffee spots, beautiful views, and easy access to hiking. As a group of three adults, the unit's two master suites were perfect. We were happy to have views from the bedroom balconies, comfortable (adequate for four) living area seating, patio, large kitchen and downstairs 1/2 bathroom. Eveything was spotless. The towels and bedding were soft. And, the hosts were helpful and responsive. We would definitely rent again!

We absolutely loved the property. The owners gave us some great tips for local food and homes. The unit was very clean, well located and huge. I loved having a washer/dryer in the unit so we didn’t have to pack as much. We ate out most nights but the kitchen was fully stocked of you wanted to cook. The were a back patio with a grill - it was relaxing and quiet. A few comments mentioned that it was a nicely location and it is right off a main road but the speed limit is only 35 through this area. We didn’t notice any traffic noise during our stay. My only regret is that I didn’t get around to filling out the first book. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife said I'm a hero!
My wife normally books all of our trips but she's back in school and asked me to take care of the lodging for our Sedona trip. Well, I think I have a new job because my wife said I did so good in choosing this spot that I'm in charge of all of our future travel plans! This townhome exceeded all of our expectations and it was even nicer in person than portrayed in the photos. The location couldn't have been any more convenient. We loved the fact that we were within walking distances to Bell Rock, shopping, dining, etc. The beds were perfect for all in our trip. My wife also mentioned that this was the cleanest rental we've ever stayed at, and I must say I agree with her 100%. The guest handbook left out for us by Phil and Ollie was also a big help. We used their recommendations for hiking, restaurants and even for the grocery store located right around the corner! This home was perfect, we have no complaints at all. Thanks phil and ollie!
