Great location!

Great location to easily access all areas of town! A lot of little extra touches that made the stay even better including hiking poles, snacks, robes and slippers and an annual parks parking pass to use at the trail heads. Thanks

Great Location but needs cleaning

The house is spacious, well stocked with small appliances and dishes. It has a wonderful covered patio and also a seating area in the backyard sun. It is a great location within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and a trail head. We appreciated the maps, information brochures, and park pass that were left for our use and the pet friendliness. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Unfortunately cleaning up of the backyard, kitchen, and washrooms had been overlooked.

Great stay, location and house, only complaint was so much dog hair all over, even the dining room table, and we were always covered in it. We love dogs but this really made us feel that the house had not been cleaned very well.

Great friends getaway

I stayed with friends for 4 nights at Red Rock Retreat in Sept 2024. The location is great - right in Sedona with a view of Capitol Butte from the back yard. The backyard is perfect for an evening fire and the neighborhood is so quiet you can hear the birds flying by. We had a hummingbird visit us often. We were able to walk to Sedonuts this morning (10 min). The house was very clean. We didn’t have any time that we said “I wish the house had…”. I would definitely stay here again with friends or family.

Great Home in W Sedona

Rented this place for the Labor Day weekend. Six adults and two dogs. The house was just as described three bedrooms two bath and a nice fenced in yard which was great for the dogs. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of knives and pots and pans. The house was roomy and comfortable. A few minor things to point out. The sink in the guest bathroom is large but the faucet is tiny and you can't properly wash your hands. Also, there were a lot of what appeared to be mice droppings at the front door on the outside. When speaking to the host she mentioned that those were bat droppings from a bat that likes to hang out in the porch area and that she would have the cleaner clean that before the next guest. Lastly, one of the beds was extremely "squeaky". But none of those things had a negative impact on our trip. We loved the home and would rent it again.

Fantastic stay

The pictures and description of the rental were very accurate . We had a most enjoyable stay. The couches were comfortable; the yard was a lovely spot with both covered seating and sunny spots. The kitchen was stocked with every pot, pan and utensil you could need. There were many thoughtful touches like robes in the bedrooms, plenty of towels, walking sticks, umbrella, water bottles and bottle holders for hiking. The communication with the local manager and the owner was seamless and they were prompt in their responses. Fabulous location as well with the sugarloaf trails just a few blocks away. The sunset views from the front yard were amazing. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Everything you need!

This property is in a great location with many trails and views nearby! It was very clean, equipped with everything we needed, and had a wonderful outdoor area to enjoy. The neighbors were very friendly too! Overall a great stay!

Nice getaway from the city

Overall it was a good stay. The areas for improvement would include: Making sure the place did not have roaches. There were multiple scattered about the house. Be aware if you have allergies as it is a pet friendly house and animal dander is all around.

AMAZING

The views were breathtaking, it was located so close to uptown, all the trails, and restaurants and stores. The owner was so kind! It was the perfect stay for my family and I. I noticed they offered doggie poop bags, they had equipment for infants, and even a yoga mat! We enjoyed s’mores at the fire pit, yummy home meals cooked in the kitchen. There was even coffee! The decor was so cute, it was a luxurious home away from home! A cute touch was a notebook that everyone had written in, and it was full of happy people! Definitely staying there again! 10 out of 10 recommend!
