Propert was situated at the end of town, very quiet. Everything was great except we thought there would be a cleaning of the room. We were there 3 night, room was never cleaned. Other than that, it was fine.

I liked the layout, nicely set up. Room was set up well however couple of call outs. My room had some damage on the carpet edge with some exposed staples and i was situated next to the dumping ground for old materials which had a bad smell. Asked to swap rooms as original placed on 2nd story with stairs and had a lot of luggage. Room i was given still had stairs to access.

Was a beautiful property and had so much to do! Had amazing views of the mountains and the pools and hot tub was amazing! They room and property was spotless clean. The only thing I wish is that housekeeping came… They only come once a week and we asked if someone can come get the trash and they never came after saying they would… Everything else was a beautiful place to stay. Definitely would come back.

Had to change rooms because first one was dirty and wasn’t clean. These are timeshare rooms, not a hotel. The rooms are all adjoined and I wasn’t aware of this going in. There are tons of pools and hot tubs, and very few balcony’s that actually have a view of the red rock mountains. The bathroom sink leaked onto the counters and you can hear the room next door through the walls. Bed is very hard and firm. Gym was nice, and front desk is nice, but the attendees didn’t seem to care about your stay. When loading bags to car, was locked out of the room and had to go to front desk to unlock key to get back in, and we were an hour before checkout. Was an annoying stay.

Could have more sound proofing. Cement steps need to be replaced. Could offer Netflix or other streaming service. Hilton’s wifi kept cutting in and out.

The Hiton club is a little remote from Sedona, so it's best suited for those who wish to rekax by the pool, at least some of the time. The kitchenette and the spacious room made our stay pleasant.
