Although Sedona offers many fantastic eating options, enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with new appliances for at home meal options.
After an adventurous day on the nearby trails, unwind in solitude & find rejuvenation at last! Enjoy the outdoor spaces in the front and back yard. There is a propane grill, a firepit, table and chairs and other outdoor seating. Relax and enjoy! Soak in our 6-person Hot Tub after your day of hiking or exploring the Sedona area!
Fire up the Barbecue on the back porch or sip a cup of your favorite brew on the front deck in this extremely quite neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac.
This home boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, vaulted ceiling, split floor plan, and washer/dryer. Perfect for couples or families. Sleeps up to 6! Renew yourself in this private home– a rare gem just below the stunning Thunder Mountain.
We are in the heart of West Sedona and close to multiple trails, Oak Creek, restaurants and stores. The home offers beautiful views and both a front deck and back patio for guests to enjoy. Laundry room with washer/dryer is available for guests. However, please note that our cleaning people may access the laundry room from outside door to get supplies and possibly do laundry. We ask that you keep the interior laundry room door locked.
We live in W. Sedona ourselves and will be available to guests as needed. Quiet neighborhood near Thunder Mountain trail system. Bike or ATV rentals nearby. Many wonderful restaurants and shopping within a few miles away. About 6 miles to Slide Rock State park, 4 miles to Red Rock Crossing, and only a couple miles to Devil's Bridge trail head. Sedona has Uber and Lift available for transportation. will be renting the main home on the property.
Please note that there is also a small casita (2 guests max) on the property. There is privacy fencing that separates the properties. There are also two separate drives and a private entry for each rental. The space of the living room has a comfy full size futon for the smaller ones.
**IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT: In Sedona, Arizona, short-term rental owners must conduct sex offender background checks on the guest who makes the booking, before they check in. *Please verify your identity when requested through "Authenticate" so we may run this background check.

Home Away from Home

Had a wonderful stay at Raven House. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in West Sedona & close to everything you need. Raven house is your comfortable & charming home while in Sedona. There are three bedrooms, each with ample closet space and mounted TVs, a big great room with a massive TV and a big kitchen, dining room as well as a cute sitting room. House also boasts a big, private back patio with plenty of seating and best of all, a nice hot tub with canyon views! House is very charming, clean and hosts very responsive to all communications. Loved Sedona in general and will visit again! I will definitely rebook Raven House again - part of the reason my entire family stay was amazing!

Great place to stay, convenient location. We hiked Cathedral Rock and Devils bridge. Both hikes were excellent. Cathedral rock more challenging. It was a plus to be able to soak in the hot tub after hiking. Communication with manager was excellent.

Perfect base for all Sedona has to offer

This west Sedona home was perfect for our visit. Literally, walk out the back door to several trails. Nice quiet neighborhood close to everything. 1. Owners are responsive to inquiries. 2. Plenty of room for us to gather and also have privacy in this 3 bedroom house. 3. Loved having the washer/dryer on site! 4. We enjoyed grilled dinners on the patio and relaxing soaks in the hot tub. 5. Would definitely stay here on my next trip to Sedona!

Great property and even better views!

Our stay was, unfortunately, too short but it was a good one! The property was clean and comfortable. The hosts were always in communication. The views from the backyard were incredible. I wish we could have stayed longer to really enjoy it more. Hopefully we will be back in the future.
