The property is in a great location right opposite a very nice spa and motorbike rental. Quite close to the beach, nice staff and very nice breakfast. However, the room smelled mouldy and had a bathroom smell.

The safe was not working in any of the rooms. The phone was not working in any of the rooms too contact reception. You had too wait 10 minutes for the water to get hot. Very old rooms. Very old hotel. Would not stay there again

I'm not one to usually write a bad review but our experience was so frustrating I feel i need to. Upon arrival we were told that they didn't have any double rooms as they were fully booked (we had booked a double). After I questioned why they allowed us to book one they offered us one if we upgraded to one. We refused to pay so they said they would have a double the following day. So we got on with it and went to the twin room. We went down the next morning to ask when we they wanted us to move. We were then told that we couldn't have a double again that day as they had already given out all of the doubles for that night. No apologies were given and they didn't seem to care. After I made a slight fuss i was told that we could have a 'king size bed instead' (they pushed our beds together to make a bed up but was uncomfortable). The hotel is not worth the money we paid for it. Stayed in much better around Bali for the same price. Good location just a shame the facilities and service were poor.

The hotel was very clean the staff exceptionally friendly the property needing more renovation which they are in the process of doing but for value for money couldn’t fault it .close to shops and restaurants without being too busy

The best traditional hotel in Bali !!!
Stayed here for 6 nights. Great hotel, clean ,friendly staff, quiet although very close to bars restaurants and only 5 minutes walk to the beach. Good restaurant Highly recommend this hotel

Excellent stay. Great value for the room rate, large room right next the to pool Lively by day and very peaceful in the evening and night. Near beaches, nightlife and restaurants. Great location.
