From the moment I arrived, the team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I faced a minor issue relating to breakfast and my room, but the staff handled it swiftly and professionally. Special thanks to Gede, whose exceptional care and dedication made a significant difference. His attention to detail and warm demeanor truly stood out and made me feel valued as a guest. Overall, the service quality exceeded my expectations, and I’m grateful for the team's efforts in making my stay memorable. The staff were absolutely lovely, very attentive, helpful, and friendly. The facility was clean, and in a convenient location.

Incredible experience

Despite rain for my entire stay, this was an amazing hotel choice. The service was top notch, the suite was aesthetically pleasing yet functional & I had the best Balinese massage. I do hope I'll get to enjoy the sunset at my next stay here

5 star Hotel with Friendly staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Indigo, great Swimming pools & location. Fantastic Breakfast Buffet thou the Coffee wasn’t as Hot as I like I did ask numerous times. Big Comfortable room with Royal size Bed. Close to Shops markets & Restaurants. Definitely recommend for all.
