仙台駅と楽天ボールパークの中間にあり、行きたいお店にも近かったので、それは良かったです。が、駐車場有無のみならず、35台分の駐車場が無料も事前に分からず、徒歩2分の駐車場案内も事前電話時に教えて貰えず、ルームキーも2人分の二つではなく、一つでしたので、不便でした。あと、エレベーターや廊下の臭いが気になりました。ロビーに掲示されている芸能人の色紙が数枚ありましたが、少し興醒めしました。
