Romantic Accommodation in Senggigi

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is fantastic, situated near Senggigi’s food area and conveniently close to the Gilis. The serene atmosphere added to the charm, and the beachfront access was a highlight, even though it wasn’t a private beach. The beach itself was spotless, with beautiful blue water, and the long, well-maintained pool by the beach was perfect for relaxation. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and quick to recognize guests, which made the experience even more welcoming. Breakfast was a standout feature, offering a buffet-style setup with excellent local dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. Although we initially experienced some inconvenience due to renovations near our room, the issue was handled wonderfully. After reporting it, the hotel manager personally addressed the situation, explained it kindly, and offered us an upgrade to a quieter and much, much better room, which we absolutely loved. This thoughtful gesture significantly improved our experience. Overall, the combination of excellent service, fantastic amenities, and great location made our stay truly memorable. We would definitely come back again. 5/5 experience!

Everything was wonderful! The view was exceptionally beautiful, and they kindly accommodated our housekeeping request even though it was already 6 pm. The food was also delightful. It would be even better, if the staff were a bit more subtle in promoting their spa services.

Lovely Hotel with great service and fantastic staff who could not do enough for you. Location is a bit out of the action with not much easily walkable but this suited us well and taxis are so cheap. Overall a great stay and highly recommended.

Wonderful resort, was very relaxing the buffet breakfast is awesome, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Loved our stay here.

A lovely old fashioned hotel. No lift which did cause a challenge but we managed in the end. Tiwi in reception was fantastic, answered all my questions and helped organize a car to see some of Lombok. Alvira was great with her friendly attitude at breakfast. Thank you ladies. The area around the hotel is very dirty and this is the only negative as it spoils the Hotel .

Absolutely stunning! Unfortunately more times than not, property photos don’t do justice but here it is the opposite! The entire staff goes above & beyond to accommodate and always with a smile. Selfishly, I almost didn’t want to write the review so it doesn’t become overbooked, because it sure should be! :-)
