Wouldn’t stay here again. The rooms were cold, the hotel refused to provide an extra blanket. Service overall was not very welcoming. Not very sound proof room either. Can easily hear others

I stayed at this property for about 2 nights it was overall a wonderful experience. Staff knew how to speak English which is always appreciated, property was clean. The unit I was in would be considered a studio it was small but if your a solo traveller or if your travelling with just one other person you can make it work. It was clean, bed was semi comfortable but that’s also because I’m picky with my mattress. No complaints, other than it was a bit expensive for the time I stayed. I would definitely stay here again if the price was reasonable. Great location as well a lot of cafes and restaurants near by and the train station is a one minute walk!

This is one of the best hotels, right outside the hotel is the entrance to the subway that brings you directly to the various tourist attractions such as Myeongdong etc. Around the corner is a huge cluster of eateries and it is away from the hotel, so the hotel is safe and clean at the same time.

Location is pretty good as its walkable distance (less than 15mins) to myeongdong, if you prefer somewhere quieter from the main shopping area. Convenient store is right beside the hotel. Staff is excellent and fluent in English and Chinese. However, the dining options around the area is limited. Definitely have to walk to find more food choices.

One of the front desk staff was immediately rude to my friend when she was trying to check in. Try and be patient with your guests. Other than that day, service was excellent would definitely recommend!

Great location near subway station, easy access to Myeongdong. Very helpful staff. Quadruple room comfortably fit our family of four with four pieces of luggage. They provided bottled water everyday.

I have stayed with their sister hotel, I would come back and book my stay again with the same company. Eventhough the room was kinda small for me, but as a solo traveler its enough. I like how they do have a laundry area but it would be great if there are a few more machines coz its a pretty much big hotel and theres a wait while doing laundry. The staff were great and helpful. Overall experience i would say a 4.5/5.
