Great room. Value for money.
It was the perfect location for exploring Seoul. I had a late check in and the lady who was there when I arrived was very accommodating and friendly. But the staff that was on duty the rest of the time were so unfriendly and didn't even say Hello when I walked past them. The room was great however and had everything I could need including a TV and air con. I would stay there again. .

Best for the price
It is the best for the price. Located at the hotspot of Seoul. Hotel doesnt provide parking. No elevators found. Hotel staff were very friendly and kind.

A hidden Gem hotel in Insadong area.
Location of the hotel is good as it is near the subway. Upon checking in the person at the reception counter immediately let us in. Very good lad , laterally took our bags to the fourth floor immediately and was very attentive. I love the good welcoming gesture.

I like that it is centrally located. However, I don’t like that there seemed to be lots of garbage near the outside. Overall it was a good place to stay and conveniently located.

Pantry is clean and nice with dirge, water filter and coffee for FOC Cons: 1. The room is small and quite narrow, just nice for two persons to walk 2. Laundry is available but need to pay 16000 won for each time wash and dry

3 mins walk to the bus stop to board airport bus
The building located in an unexpected corner. Took us some time to find. No lift. It's challenging bring up and down luggage. The room was small (expected). Limited space to open luggage but no time wastage to 'get around' from bed to bathroom. Staff at reception was helpful. The weighing machine was accurate!

The reasons why I choose this hotel are the location of the hotel and the price. It's very convenient to go to Insa-dong, Gwanhwamun, Kyeongbock palace. And the fee is very reasonable. But don't expect clear room and service.

4 nights and 5 days in Seoul
Pros: -Friendly and accommodating staff. I tried not to ask too many questions because they speak minimal English. -Laundry for 6000 KRW (it takes about 4 hours so don't wait till the day you have to leave like I did!) -Very close to the 6002 limousine bus to get to/from Incheon Airport -7-10 minute walk to trains depending on which one you have to take. -Bed was a decent twin size with a comfortable pillow and comforter. -Included a small fridge! -Outlet situation was a little awkward. You can rent a converter (10,000 KRW deposit) but for some reason my cords kept falling off. My cons: -The sink, toilet and shower are all in the same space in the bathroom. If you shower, everything gets wet so I suggest planning your morning routine. Luckily there is a mirror outside the bathroom for you girls that need to do make up. Because the drainage is exposed I believe this is the cause for the sewer smell coming from the bathroom. There IS a small window in the bathroom but lets in a chilly draft in the morning. -The neighborhood itself does not have much attraction but it is centrally located in Seoul that you can reach the other districts by train easily. -I read somewhere that there is a law that prohibits sound proofing in Seoul hotels so maybe that's why it was really loud. You can literally hear everything in the hotel. Footsteps in the morning, conversations in the lobby area, however guests were respectful to be quiet after hours.

Once you get into your room it is not that bad. But this hotel needs to provide better directions. We had to ask a local to help us find it. It is in an exciting area with food and shops but that means there are loud noises all night and early morning. I loved how clean and simple the set up is. Stairs are scary as hall to walk.
