-Location: very good
-Net is good
- not that noisy so it’s good
-Money : cheap BUT
-Dirty, room and corridor smell bad (moisture)
-4 days spent - no free room service (Not clearly stated)
-bathroom: sink is leaking, heavy bad smell, your garbage full of toilet paper won’t be taken away as no free service.
-breakfast/ food: in the room, there’s a Photo shows a cafe Belgrade makes discount for hostel residents but the cafe doesn’t operate anymore.
-receptionists: guess all are not locals, which is ok - but not very helpful. I really found all info way better than they provided.
Being cheap doesn’t mean to accept bad conditions.
Bed was not comfortable but it’s ok - I pay for a low price, room is small but perfect. I wouldn’t stay there again unless they fix the place and correct the restaurant ad.
You get what you pay for. This is a cheap motel with tiny, cold dark rooms. You have to walk up 4 flights of stairs to get to your room. There was no heat in the room despite it being 20 degrees outside. I prepaid for this hotel and was willing to lose my money because after checking in and see the accommodation I refused to sleep there. This place is OK if you need a cheap place to stay for one night but not for a week of vacationing in Seoul.
I booked a night at Itaewon Inn (paid upfront and confirmed before my trip) and was turned away by the staff when I arrived. The reason being, there is no more room as its full. This is ridiculous despite me dropping them a message of the timing that I will arrive at the Inn.
To compensate for the situation, the staff directed me to another Inn in the same area however, it is further away from the station and its up a hill. As this is my first time traveling to Seoul, I did not want to make a scene and accepted the arrangement.
Will never ever recommend anyone to this Inn. Bad experience!
This was my first trip to Korea and this was one of the cheaper places I could find. When I first touched down in Korea, I found out that the airline had left my luggage in back in the states and would have it sent to my hotel in Korea. For some reason, my phone charger port was in one of my bags that was on the plane so I didn't have a thing to plug my cord in. I went to the front desk and asked if they had a spare charger for a USB type and I went through two ports before I found they found me the right one. I was SO, SO grateful that they had manage to find me something to use and they were so polite and understanding. I think the day after that, the airline shipped my luggage to the hotel and when I got in looking for it(because I got the email for it) they even helped me carry my bags up the stairs and down the stairs when I went to check out, even going as far as to make sure I had a way back to the airport to go home. Very Sweet people and they made the experience of my first trip in Korea amazing.
The hotel itself was really nice, it was really clean and everytime I ventured out there was always someone cleaning somewhere and the bathrooms were always clean. I stayed on the third floor and the bathroom I had was shared and the shower was split from the toilet, which was nice and surprising. The rooftop gave a great view of Namsan Tower and a good view of Itaewon itself.
The Staff was very cold and quite mechanical. I also observed how others who came to check in were treated. Not very hospitable. There looked like mold on the ceilings. The place was not well kept and as a customwr you felt like you were disturbing the staff. No good welcome at all.
The paint in the room was coming off on the walls and it looked like the paint was falling off or the wall paper was peeling, not a very pleasant site to feel comfortable in.

Disliked: Amenities
Great location…fruit flies in the bathroom, because of poor drainage. Good cable!!
Inexpensive and great location close to the main strip for ease of traveling for a night out!

Do you even hotel bro?
The staff was helpful and kind. We were staying on a very cold day in December and there was not ondol (floor heating) or electric heater. There were not toothbrushes supplied as is customary in Korean hotels. There were no shower slippers. The walls must have been pretty thin because we could hear people lots of noise from outside the room starting around 7 pm. The bed was comfortable. The towels were quite small. There was no conditioner. The price was excellent but still, no shower sandals? Overall I found the experience at this hotel was unsatisfactory.
Nice place near to shopping. It would be better to include juice and coffee .

Spent a night in a single room.
Super close from Itaewon subway station and a Seven-Eleven.
Not that clean but stayable.
Reasonable room rate and kind staff.
Clean, comfortable and convenient. Big towels, shampoo & bodywash supplied. Not brand new, but dust free and good value for money. Close to Itaewon main strip & easy to find. Friendly reception; busy when I arrived, but she was very friendly & helpful.
No smoking inside, but a big rooftop area for socializing, smoking, watching the the sunset & just chilling with friends or other visitors. 360 view of Itaewon.
My only complaint is that the boiler (in my wall) made a lot of noise whenever neighbors used hot water. Fortunately, neighbors settled down/were out by midnight.
Floor heating in winter; A/C in summer.
PS: there’s no elevator, so travel light.
Tip: Ask for a hairdryer at reception.
