The bedsheet and the blanket are not clean and the mattress is not comfortable, I cannot sleep well in these few nights I stayed here. The water in the sink flowed very slow. I won’t choose this hotel again.

Only walking distance to the subway station other than that was bad. Male receptionists are patiently to explain and listen to our inquiry and request. For female receptionist is awful and bad attitudes

fine for the price...but don't expect much. i would describe conditions as liveable but there was water damage on the wall from the air conditioner and the bathroom had some sort of mold.

Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing for us. Upon arriving, we almost got billed a second time because they couldn’t view that we had already paid, which was only a little disappointing because we couldn’t communicate effectively being they didn’t speak great English. The images online also did not look like the place. After the check-in incident, we got “upgraded” to a better room, however there was mold in the bathroom which did not please us whatsoever. In the bedroom, there were no screens on the windows, which led to bugs being let in when it was open. The final frustrating part about this stay, was that you could be fined for having stains left on the bed sheets, however when we arrived to our room, our bedding had stains in several spots already. We are not picky people, but this place definitely wasn’t satisfactory.

The guesthouse is located nearby a subway station which makes it very convenient for us. It is also located in between Ehwa Univ and Hongik Univ. The room is not as spacious as seen on the pictures, but it is suitable for 2 pax. Room cleaning service was available too. However, guesthouse should provide a space or drying rack to dry the washed clothes. Overall, we had a good 12D11N stay at the guesthouse. Thank you!

Good quiet location in close proximity to things
*Comfortable beds *Washing machine was useful *20min within most attractions in Seoul, North of the Han River e.g. Dongdaemun, Gyeongbukgung, Myeongdong via Seoul Metro Subway Sinchon Station on Line 2 and changing once or twice *40min to Gangnam via Seoul Metro Subway via Sinchon Station on Line 2 direct *15min to Yongsan/Itaewon area e.g. National Museum of Korea, USO tour office, Korea War Memorial *Cleaning service could have been more thorough, lots of long hairs left behind from previous guests *Hotel should consider disposable slippers
