Room condition was good. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was okay, lacked variety but I liked how they offered fresh salads and pastries every morning. Location was good, close to metro and a convenience store. Overall customer service was adequate but can be improved... Only downside was the elevator. It took really long time to wait for the elevator which was quite frustrating when you are in a rush.

There were no bellboy services, and we had a lot of luggage’s that we had to utilize the hotel cart to manage on our own. There was no iron in the room, which was very inconvenient for our party. However, the concierge staff were very helpful, accommodating and nice.

The cleanliness was poor. In particular, after the housekeeping service, the pillows were just piled up, and the towels left on the bed were not arranged. The mirrors and glass surfaces were not cleaned at all. L7 Gangnam is not 4star hotel.

Room a little on the small size, view of the park from window was nice. Otherwise good stay overall. Personal touches allowed us to store our luggage temporarily since we had a late flight.

Seoul Hotel… easy choice

The staff were so helpful… the hotel and location were optimal. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, on my next visit to Seoul.
