Excellent location in Gangnam, close to COEX on one end, the main Gangnam strip on the other, and on the green metro line that connects much of Seoul. Staff is superb, very attentive and helpful in every way. Rooms are typical size for Seoul and very clean with nice bedding. Highly recommended!

This is a relatively new, modern lifestyle hotel in a very convenient location. Several bus lines are just a short walk away, and there are nearby subway stations as well. It’s only two subway stops to Gangnam Station, where my doctor’s clinic is located, and about a 15-minute bus ride to central Gangnam. One of the highlights is the hotel’s proximity to Hyundai Department Store, which is about a 15-minute walk away. The department store is directly connected to the massive COEX Mall, offering endless dining and shopping options. The food court at Hyundai Department Store is especially impressive. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Amenities include a gym and a coin-operated laundry room. The room itself feels new and well maintained. I especially appreciated that the window can be opened to let in fresh air. The bed is comfortable, making it easy to rest well after a long day. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay, and I would happily return.

On the first day, the room amenities were restricted to one, though the booking was for two guests. I had booked this hotel with breakfast, but upon check-in, we were informed that we did not have breakfast and it was going to be an extra $36 USD per day. We showed them the booking and they told us to take it up with Hotel.com. The location was excellent, but the staff had limited international language skills, they primarily spoke Korean. Thank goodness for Google Translator.
