Great vibrant location great shopping & restaurants at your door & great promenade walk in evening around the corner. Excellent public transport network with subway 50m away. Excellent staff helpful & very polite & nice. Must recommend Front Office Ms Lynn Yeo she was so helpful.

I was very pleased with my stay at Mercure. I appreciated how cleaned the hotel was and how very helpful each one of the stuff were during my stay. The breakfast was really good and had a variety of options and the room service was great.

Everything was great from front of house to housekeeping, however in our room, the shower was situated right next to the toilet so all activities in the toilet was loud and clear. This was rather embarrassing.
