Great transit hotel. Great options to eat nearby. Our only complaint was the noise from the room next door. Walls were paper thin so we could hear the entire conversation the family had next door when they arrived at midnight. They really need to fix this. Other than that rooms were modern and clean.

We booked the aerotel as we had an early flight next morning. It was fantastic. Clean comfortable room with everything you’d need. There are many many food & shopping options at the airport so that just added to a comfortable stay.

Quite noisy with people arriving and leaving at all hours. Kids running down hallways screaming didn't make for a good night sleep. Good amenities, room size is large (double twin plus). For transit hotel, this is better than most

This hotel is worth every penny! Such a convenient and comfortable place to stay before or after a flight. Spotless rooms, comfortable beds, and a really lovely bathroom. I am always amazed at how clean, spacious and relaxing the rooms feel even though it is an airport hotel without windows to the outside world. Plenty of food and shopping options in KLIA2. If you are someone who would appreciate some rest time or a nice warm shower in a quality hotel room before/after a flight then this is the place to go. If you are planning on staying here, just remember to be considerate of other guests who may be asleep in their rooms at the time when you arrive - keeping noise levels down as you walk through the corridors would be very much appreciated by all.

It is a relatively new property, clean and in a good location, it would benefit if it in room safety deposit boxes and a laundry service. I did have noisy neighours next to my room, but the hotel staff dealt with it.

Construction drilling above my room from 8p to midnight, and they knew before giving me my room at 5:30p! Said they weren't sure which rooms were impacted 3 hours before!?!? Walls and doors are thin, and you can hear everything. Rooms are nice for one night stay, but the construction drilling until midnight from an airport hotel where customers are trying to sleep before morning flights is disgraceful! Avoid unless you really have no choice. 450 RM for drilling noises until midnight!
