One-bedroom, full bath and kitchen guesthouse with covered parking (for one car) in the Village on Sewanee Creek, a sustainable community on Tennessee's Eco-Rich Cumberland Plateau. Hike, mountain bike or ATV miles of wooded trails. It's a short walk to our private 50-foot waterfall. "Disclaimer: The flow of the waterfall is subject to fluctuations in temperature, seasonal droughts, & rain fall. The most favorable seasons for waterfall flow are fall, winter & early spring"

This unique property was constructed from two forty-foot, high-cube CONEX shipping containers. Yet, it feels like a cozy log cabin. It features a warm pine interior, gas fireplace, large picture windows that open into the woods, and french doors that open onto a private deck with gas barbecue. Descend the stairs from the covered deck and follow the trail along Miller's Creek to our epic water fall. You will find a bench at the top of the falls for quiet meditation and a trail that leads below and behind the falls.
There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a microwave. A Smart television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a sofa bed.
