Cosy all-wood chalet, Chamonix valley, breathtaking Mont Blanc view

For rent, charming wooden chalet recently renovated in the Chamonix valley, in the typical Savoy village of Servoz, close to the ski resorts. Breathtaking view of Mont Blanc, very good exposure to the south. Peace assured on the edge of the forest. Many hiking trails, cross-country skiing or snowshoeing nearby.
The chalet is made up of 4 bedrooms upstairs, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 separate toilets. A convertible sofa in the living room in 160 (part which can be isolated by a large curtain from the rest of the living room) and two additional beds in the mazot (small typical Savoyard chalet which is in the garden and is heated in winter.) A total of 12 beds (6 double beds) + 2 cots provided free of charge on request »
Large triple living space with a living room with sofa and TV corner, a friendly wooden bench seat at the corner of the stove and a dining area for 12.

The chalet is fully equipped: TV, stereo, DVD player, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher. Complete baby equipment provided. Ideal for family or groups of friends. Garage. Private garden with table and barbecue.

Très beau chalet agréable et chaleureux.Nous avons beaucoup profité de la vue magnifique sur le mont Blanc.Deux petits bémols : les sdb où l'éclairage est insuffisant et la douche trop exigu...Ce problème pourrait être estompé si la petite baignoire au rdc était correctement installée ( barre et rideaux de douche).

Grandiose Aussicht
Das Alpenhaus in Servoz ist wirklich sehr schön und mit vielen liebevollen Details geschmückt! Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen gemütlichen Urlaub mit einer größeren Familien so braucht. Morgens mit diesem Ausblick aufzuwachen war einfach fantastisch und wir haben daher unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Allerdings muss man wissen, dass das Haus sehr hellhörig ist (man hört jedes gesprochene Wort, Husten, Schnarchen etc. durch die Wände) und daher sollten die Reisenden eher geräuschunempfindlich sein ;). Zudem ist es nicht möglich, dass 2 Erwachsene in dem kleinen Mazot schlafen können (das Bett ist sehr schmal und kurz). Von unserer Reisegruppe konnte lediglich ein 14-Jähriger mit einer Größe von 1,60 m darin schlafen). Daher ist unsere Empfehlung, dass nicht mehr als 8 Personen das Haus buchen sollten, wenn man auch das Sofa im Wohnzimmer nicht zum Schlafplatz machen möchte.

Le chalet est parfait pour passer de belles vacances en famille, la situation est idéale pour pouvoir profiter de tous les plus beaux endroits de la vallée de chamonix en voiture ou en navette depuis le chalet. Le chalet est propre, très fonctionnel et assez grand pour 10 adultes sans s’y sentir à l’étroit. Les chambres sont toutes de belle taille et la literie de bonne qualité. La terrasse extérieure permet de profiter d’une vue magnifique sur le massif du mont blanc. Nous recommandons à 100%.

Très belle expérience. Le chalet est propre et surtout, il y a tous les ustensiles dont vous aurez besoin!! L’accueil de la part de Anne a été très sympathique et elle reste disponible si besoin… tout à été parfait pour nous… (excepté la literie du Mazot qui est je pense à revoir).

Week-end prolongé entre amis. Le chalet est vraiment top que ce soit pour les adultes ou pour les enfants. Chalets super bien équipés y compris pour les enfants. Personne qui réponds rapidement à nos questions. Chalets très propres et le poêle à bois au milieu de la pièce de vie est très appréciable. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir de la neige tous le week-end et nous avons pu profiter des luges mises à disposition directement dans la cour du chalet. Lac a proximité très accessible et magnifique.

Magnifique chalet avec vue imparable
-Le chalet est bien équipé et bien décoré. Nous étions 4 adultes et 6 enfants (7 à 14 ans) et nous n'avons pas eu l'impression de manquer d'espace. -La vue sur le mont blanc depuis la terrasse est magnifique. -Très bon accueil par la tenancière du chalet! -Plusieurs randonnées possibles directement depuis le chalet, pas besoin de prendre la voiture. -En partant, une seule envie, celle de revenir au plus vite.

Le chalet est réellement conforme à la description. La vue est vraiment incroyable depuis la terrasse. Le logement est isolé (mais pas trop). Le chalet se situe à 8min du centre du village par un col. Ne pas espérer faire ses courses à pieds. Une vue aussi belle cela se paye :-). Départ de balade depuis le logement. Petit auberge sympa à 3min. Chamonix est à 25min et un lac (de passy) est à 20min. Centre commercial à 20min. Je recommande vivement

Le chalet idéal pour s'imprégner de la nature
Super séjour dans le très joli village de Servoz. Le chalet est très bien équipé et a répondu à toutes nos attentes. La vue sur le Mont Blanc est magnifique. Situé à 20mn du centre de Chamonix, ce chalet permet de rayonner dans la vallée tout en étant au calme et en pleine nature.

Chalet typique avec une très belle vue
Un chalet typique avec vue sur le mont blanc dont on ne se lasse jamais. Nous y avons logé à 12. Il y a même un mazot alpin pour ceux qui veulent avoir leur intimité !
