This delightful two-storey 140 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. Guests must know that a security camera is pointed at the property's entrance.
On the first floor, the inviting sitting area is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. Relax while watching TV, or simply enjoy a peaceful moment. The spacious dining table provides a wonderful spot for guests to come together and enjoy meals.
The kitchen is the heart of the home, offering everything you need to cook and socialize. Fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and a convenient dishwasher, it ensures that preparing meals is easy and enjoyable.
The bedroom features a double couch bed, offering a comfortable space for resting, along with two support desks for any work or leisure needs.
The bathroom provides all the essentials to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a pleasant start or end to your day.
Upstairs, you’ll find three well-appointed bedrooms. The first has two cozy single beds, central heating for comfort, and a spacious wardrobe for all your belongings. The second bedroom is a serene retreat with a king-sized bed, air conditioning for a cool night's sleep, ample storage space, and a lovely balcony to enjoy the outdoors. The third bedroom also offers a luxurious king-sized bed, air conditioning, ample closet space, and a private bathroom for added convenience and privacy.
The corridor is home to a complete common bathroom, ensuring ease for all guests.
Outside, the garden offers a peaceful retreat with a cozy sitting area, perfect for relaxing in the fresh air. The barbecue area invites guests to gather and enjoy outdoor meals together, making it a wonderful space for socializing and making memories.

With stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Arrábida Natural Park, it’s a perfect spot for hiking, nature walks, and relaxation. Its charming streets, traditional architecture, and proximity to vineyards make it a great place to unwind.
Nearby Setúbal offers vibrant markets and delicious seafood, providing a lively contrast to São Simão’s tranquillity. This blend of serene countryside and coastal charm makes São Simão an ideal destination for a peaceful getaway.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest bus station, Vendas Azeitão (lines 4463 and 4464), is just 500 meters away.
Humberto Delgado Airport is a 45-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
