5 star hotel quality. The hotel is very cute and is located less than 10 minutes walking to the cathedral. Very central, has many restaurants nearby. Staffs were so kind and helpful. Our room was specious and clean. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend the hotel. The rooms have character, but have all the amenities you could want. Centrally located to everything. Perfect three night stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience in Seville. We are a family of four, two rooms and even a couple of teens boys were impressed 👍

Lovely hotel and staff. Room was clean and comfortable, and they left us a welcome amenity. Also very convenient to the historic areas. Only downside is there is a bar next door, so there can be some noise at night if you go to bed before midnight.

An extremely warm welcome at the hotel with great support to park the car using the hotel parking. This was very secure, convenient and good value compared to local car parks. The hotel staff offer a friendly and personal service doing everything they can to give you a great stay. The room was as booked, very clean and the location was perfect for seeing the sights on foot.

The room was immaculate and although next to the lift was really quiet. I was worrying about the street noise as it really in a central location but we were away from street. Staff were very courteous and happy to help if you needed anything. Room was very well equipped. Would definitely recommend to otgers and if we return to Seville (which we will) would return to same hotel.

Breakfast menu was fine. Service was awful. The waitress brought just one menu for us. Then, I got my breakfast first and my husband's 15 minutes late. I told her that is not the way but nothing changed. She said she is new and don't know. Period.

Spotless room and hotel. Location close to everything including important sites, river, as well as coffeeshops and restauranrs. A spacious room with amenities all available including kettle, coffee, sugar, etc. A well supplied fridge with free available drinks and a welcome drink in the room. Bathroom with shower was so spacious and comfortable including hair dryer and hair staightener. drinks. Staff nice and ready to help.

The hotel is kept at a balmy 25degrees, the bedroom was warm even when we turned on the in room air. We opened the window but that became incredibly noisy. Overall we had 2 terrible nights trying to sleep. The room and amenities were actually quite nice. The staff were very helpful and gave good directions. We appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the added extra touches including good shower gel and in room refrigerator with drinks. It is just a shame about the heat and the noise. Location was well suited for getting to the central areas however had to walk through the very popular nightclub crowds next door. (note nightclub / bar noise surprisingly did not contribute to room noise, that was all hotel staff / cleaners having conversations in the coridoors)
