The location of the hotel whilst being a good 30 minute walk from the main attractions in the city Centre was good for travel around the region as it was close to the Santa Justa railway station and the Seville FC football ground and surrounding shopping facilities. Issues with the hotel were: poor variety at breakfast i.e. hot foods bacon, decent sausages would be an improvement, quality of fruit provided was poor i.e. banana's bruised, other fruit not ripe and an expectation that juices provided would be of better quality. Facilities for storing/hanging clothing in rooms were inadequate due to lack of drawers/shelves, resulting in clothing remaining in suitcases. Roof terrace pool facilities and seating were good however lack of responsiveness relating to repairs to speaker system not playing correctly, for a number of days, does not help with attitudes about the hotel. Staff questioning food taken from the breakfast area to their rooms to consume, not necessary, and not permitting other foods brought externally to be consumed on the roof terrace not helpful. The provision of fridges in the rooms would be beneficial given external weather temperatures and USB points to be able to charge phones and other appliances would be welcomed and expected.
