The hotel is very well located, just a few meters from the tram and a 24-hour taxi stand. My room had an excellent terrace. The staff's attention was very good, and the recommendations and tips from one of the staff members, Alegria, were extremely helpful. The breakfast was excellent, although we didn't choose it every morning since we often left early. However, the day we did try it, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the ingredients and the preparation. I also really enjoyed the snacks served at 4 PM in the reception area. As a VIP member of Expedia, the inclusion of sparkling wine was a very welcomed touch, and we enjoyed it on Christmas night. This hotel will definitely be on my list for future visits to Seville.

The hotel is brilliant. Location is amazing. Our room overlooked the Al Cazar gardens. The reception was friendly and loved the little treats provided. The only downside was that he housekeeping was a bit hit and miss. We travelled during the holiday period so I guess the staff were really busy as housekeeping did not replace the gels in the bathroom or the coffee and milk. Plates were not collected from the room. We visit Seville every year and will definitely stay again inspire of the minor housekeeping issues.

Delightful 4-day stay at this way-above-average charming hotel. The location could not be more convenient if you want to spend time in the historic areas. Staff were friendly and made excellent local recommendations. We were lucky enough to nab a room with a balcony overlooking the Real Alcazar garden, where there was a nightly laser light and music show. We loved sipping wine in the evening and watching the lights. Beautiful peacocks strutting about below our balcony. Thoughtful amenities and afternoon tea and snacks. Could not recommend more!

Cute boutique hotel in Seville, Santa Cruz
The hotel was really cute and well located in the Santa Cruz area. From our room we could see part of the Alcazar gardens. Walking distance from the National Archives, the catedral and the Royal Alcazar. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy. The service was excellent, all the personal was very friendly.

Terrible place mis a house. In the casbah. No accesible by car. Rooms little. Didn’t fit. Everything is small Bedroom les that 150 feet Small for me and I ma 5’8”tall. Got a diferente room that the one I booked. Arguing with the owner. To expensive for a hotel. More like a hostel.

Fabulous hotel in a great location.
This is a beautiful hotel in a great central location. The room we had was lovely, spacious, clean and comfortable and decorated to a high standard. It had a little terrace balcony that overlooked the courtyard below. The manageress was lovely and gave us information about the area and places to see and visit. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

This is the best hotel for the price I've ever stayed at. It was clean and quiet, in an amazing location, and it has wonderful luxury touches throughout the room and the property. Breakfast was wonderful as well. I highly recommend, and will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

I highly recommend this beautiful hotel. Its location is incredibly convenient, within walking distance to all the major monuments, restaurants, and shops. Our favorite dining spot was in La judería, just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The room was spotless, comfortable, and blissfully quiet. The hotel has a small cafe, really nice for afternoon tea or coffee as well as a small patio outside our rooms really nice to have a drink. Alcazar is less than five minutes walk. The front desk employees are very polite and helpful.I absolutely recommend this hotel to others and would definitely stay here again.
