Bad smell in the bathroom, wi-fi with poor reception, problem with the air conditioning.Regarding the complaint at the hotel reception, since there was no solution,I filed a written complaint . on the last day , I spoke with the manager to ask for a discount because no solution had been found , and he said he would talk to his boss about it . he said he would contact me via email to give me hi boss decision regarding the discount, but I have not received any communication from the hotel so far.

First room - toilet didn't work well. - Phone didn't work. - no outlet by night stand - requested electrical extension didn't work. Second room - hot water on shower was a trickle. Third room - AC didn't work Meeting room bathrooms - 1 soap dispenser for 5 sinks - No paper towels for drying hands - lights shutoff every 30 sec. Won't be staying fer again at a Melia property.
