Enjoy a nice stroll downtown, great food with the locals, fantastic coffee. We have it all within walking distance in our downtown neighborhood! Our new apartment is perfectly located near many of the local eateries. Whatever your preference, shops, boutiques, and great food will give you ample opportunity to stretch your legs and explore the area of what Seymour offers within a few blocks. You will love your stay in our apartment, and you'll be energized by the neighborhood vibe, we know it! This property is located on the second floor, There is a small grooming business below in the downstairs unit! This building was recently updated and completed in September 2023- This is a historical location downtown and so close to all the mom and pop/locally owned business. During the season we have a farmers Market(in walking distance) on Saturday Mornings.

This Apartment is fully Furnished with everything you need during your stay. We have a Ring doorbell camera for your safety, and a Keyless entry.
We have a patio for you to relax on the rooftop- If you are in town during some of the downtown events, you can walk to mostly all of them. This is a great location and we hope your stay is a memorable one and we hope you return again and stay with us.

Darci is by far one of the best host I’ve ever stayed with. We needed to check in early because of an event we were attending and she made it happen! She even offered a later checkout time! Her place was perfect and extremely clean. I would definitely recommend her spot to anyone!

Amazing place!
I stayed with a few friends for a local wedding. We were impressed with the place as soon as we walked in. The host was amazing to communicate with and cared about us during our stay. The place has everything you could need on short notice. It was a nice location with good local restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend this place to anyone who was wanting to visit the area!

Location!!!!
I was so excited i found this place to stay at, it was beyond convenient for everything we needed and wanted. It looked amazing so then when we arrived it was exactly what i thought it would be and way way more! We all agreed that if and when we come back to the area we will 100% stay here again. I have always been fascinated with taxpayer units and never got to stay in one until now, and it delivered. The decor was well thought out and perfect. The car show outside was a shocker but was awesome as we were here for a wedding and the reception was the copper top which made us very nervous. The car show was over 30 mins before the reception so the 264 guest had some places to park. Thankgod. I was taken back by the antifa gathering at the tea place a few doors down. I was literally about to bring my wife and kids there for tea but they were closed anyways. Hope that was just a fluke because the down town area has so much more potential. The master bed caught me off and almost threw my back out jumping on it, but oddly enough we slept very well on it. Fantastic unit, hope others along the downtown follow suit. Thankyou again for the amazing stay.

Amazing place to stay! Great decor, immaculate, cozy, fantastic amenities. Location is great-walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and around downtown Seymour to explore. Nice outdoor space to relax. We loved our stay at The Green Haven!

PERFECTION!!
I can’t say enough about Green Haven…not only is it beautiful, but Darci makes sure you get that home away from home feeling. The couch is so comfortable and the atmosphere is super inviting and cozy. We hosted my daughter’s 16th birthday here, and not one person left without falling in love with this place!! There was plenty of room, great backdrops for photos, a view of downtown, and it just has an inexplicable vibe that you have to feel for yourself! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We can’t wait to stay again in October, Darci! Thanks!
