We prefer to stay at the Alva Hotel by Royal in the future if it can offer us a good rate and stay on the upper floor to avoid the smell from the previous smokers. It is rather convenient to visit our family. Thank you.

All staffs are very friendly, polite and helpful. Location is good, walkable to MTR stations. Hotel shuttle bus is another way to drive you around the nearby MTR station. There is a bus route to the airport of very low cost. Hotel room is clean and daily housekeeping is good. Will definitely come back to this hotel next time.

The property is well maintained. The hotel room is new and clean. Shuttle bus is available and convenience. There’s a convenience store downstairs. The only things I’m not satisfied is the gym is quite a small one.

Guest rooms are well designed, stylish and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. I feel safe in the hotel. Mizutani Japanese restaurant is very outstanding, I was very impressed by its high quality food, comfortable environment and excellent service. Hospital visit stay
Satisfying stay for easy visits to my father in the nearby Prince of Wales hospital. The rooms are fresh and new and the breakfast has a great selection. There was a funny smell coming from my bathroom but overall it was a good experience.

Lovely hotel. Clean and spacious room. Quiet area. I didn't get view of the river side , just view of mountain, roads and buildings, not a problem as we only in hotel room to sleep we were out every day. Love that you get kettle and fridge. All staff professional and friendly. I would stay here again.
