I have stayed at GrandStays in the past. They are decent hotels and seem up to date. The positive was the front desk staff. They were helpful and very nice. Given the high price of this reservation, I expected it to be much nicer. Rooms are VERY outdated. We probably wouldn’t return. We didn’t have breakfast so unable to comment on that.

Friendly staff. Breakfast was ok tasting, very basic, and kept running out, waited 15 minutes for eggs. Coffee kept running out. Bed was hard. Room and bath was clean, and quiet. Nearby amenities were so so, almost dead for summer vacation time. Not worth what we paid.

Recommend this place for all-in-one stay! FULL SUITE FOLKS! Customer service was WONDERFUL! Love that they have self-serve laundry room downstairs for longer-stays. Location is walkable to places like, city library, Walgreens, dining, and even Saturday Vendor Market. Really, the only issue we had was the hollow walls, but it's an older so kind of expected. Residents slamming doors or letting the doors slam behind them (thunderous at times!) could be heard easily.
