We invite you to come and enjoy our romantic modern contemporary cottage. 12 minute walk to Lake Michigan, or we offer a parking pass to park at either of two beach access points. We have 600 yards of private association beach access giving more secluded experience.

We are 0.8 miles from Stony Lake: Swimming, boating, tubing, kayaking and fishing.

Close to Michigan Adventure, Lewis Farms, golf courses, Hart-Montague Bicycle Trail Park, Silver lake Dunes and several other parks.

Our modern contemporary home is located in the Cobmoosa Shores neighborhood which is quiet and secluded. Our neighbors are quiet and friendly. The house is set back from the main road and trees provide added shade and privacy.

The front of the house is all windows with two French doors, allowing you to bring the feeling of the outside in.

INSIDE:
Vaulted wood plank ceiling in the loft and great room give you a luxury feel.

The kitchen features cherry cabinets, granite tile counter-tops, & newer appliances. You'll have a full complement of cookware, utensils and dishes to enjoy your favorite cooked meals.

The dining area is a nice size, with more room at the island counter.

The Great Room has a cozy gas fireplace which also heats the house.

There are two main floor bedrooms with double closets.

The staircase with a custom metal railing leads to the large loft with another queen size bed and has plenty of room to read and relax.

The bathroom is small--Very Small but functional and has beautiful granite tile floors and shower.

OUTSIDE:
We have a large private patio and a fire pit. We'll make fire wood available for $6 a bundle, or you can purchase it locally.

Firewood: When available, we'll leave bundles of firewood for 6.00/bundle. You can leave cash on the counter or I can send a money request.

Notes:
Safety and Security - There is a security camera monitoring the driveway entrance and a camera at the back of the house monitoring the back yard and fire pit.
There is no indoor monitoring.

***We invite our guests staying 5 days or more to visit the Oceana Winery and Vineyard for a complimentary bottle of wine.

Quiet girls getaway
This property was so cozy and clean! We were able to disconnect and unwind while watching the local deer in the side yard. We were also able to visit the beach and see the winter wonderland it has become this winter. The host, Eric was quick to share information on the local restaurants and other local businesses that made our stay easy and fulfilling. I would like to recommend this property to anyone.

This was the perfect spot for my husband and I, we were in the area visiting for a wedding in mid-January. It was very quiet since it was the off season. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We’d love to come back during the summer months when we can enjoy the lake and sunshine!

He also acknowledged the written instructions at the rental needed updating, they conflicted with the electronic instructions received. My husband and I along with his brother and wife had a fun weekend at Erik’s place. His cabin is very clean and perfect location if you’re visiting the Silver Lake Dunes. We watched the sun set over Lake Michigan several evenings and it’s was absolutely beautiful! The cabin is in a very quiet neighborhood and perfectly located amongst Apple orchards and several vineyards. We loved the area and Erik was so nice and inviting! Great place to stay!

Cozy home
Wonderful place to get away in October. We usually spend our summers in the area but wanted to get away in the fall. Wonderful area and the home and area did not disappoint. Fireplace was great on the chilly mornings and the beach access was great. We were the only crazy out of towners on the beach most evenings. Would definitely recommend Thanks Erick for the hospitality and communication.

Cobossa Shores
It was just my wife and I so no issues with only one bathroom but could be with others. Outside of that, it was awesome. Well stocked, and very clean in a quaint neighbor. Could walk to Lake Michigan (just beautiful beach) but included a pass for parking by the beach when we brought chairs and coolers. Also in close proximity for many golf courses, locally great restaurants (new one called FarmHouse Kitchen was a 5 star in my book and Stoney Lake Inn was a little lower rating on atmosphere but back to 5 on food) and as mentioned just a short drive to Grand Haven or Ludington and every stop in between.
