The hotel is fine. People were nice. However we had a reservation for 3 people and when we checked in they had given us a room with one bed. They were ok about changing it but it took a while because they were full. When I reserved the room in Expedia it said $169a night. When we checked out it was $169 for one night and $269 for the next night because they were full. This is not what I expected from expedia

Excellent friendly service, love the constant flow of lemonade, juice, cookies etc in the lobby. Very welcoming. Plenty of parking on both sides of the building. It's sort of a walkable area, there are sidewalks almost everywhere, and it's a short walk to a 4 mile walking trail through Framingham and Natick. The room was great, and kept clean by the fabulous housekeeping staff. I was surprised that one of the couch seat cushions had a tear that could easily be sewn up, and the other had gum on it, but apart from that everything was wonderful. I was happy with the fridge and the small tea/coffee brewer. If you are near the elevator, you'll likely want to sleep wearing ear plugs. It pings loudly every time it arrives to the floor. There was a group of obnoxiously loud young men getting drunk and peeing on cars in the parking lot, but there's not much the hotel can do about that. Nice big fitness center, and there are onsite dining options.
