Excellent! What you would expect from an IHG hotel
This was a very clean, modern, comfortable hotel. Staff was friendly. My only complaint would be the breakfast food that seemed like it had been in the food warmer a bit too long. And breakfast potatoes tastes freezer-burned. Overall, I was happy with my stay and would come again!

We loved the fact that the elevator was close to the check in area of the lobby and breakfast space. We booked a handicapped accessible room which was the first room when we exited the elevator. Great planning for someone using a walker!

Staff was friendly. We were disappointed that children were running around the hallways and in the stairwells banging the doors at 1020pm, unfortunately we were given a room right at the stairwell and we had a very early morning with a long drive ahead. Also the fan in our room would only stay on if we wanted to hear the room to uncomfortable temps. We were unable to cool our room or keep our running running at any speed it only worked sporadically and not with the thermostat.

Pool was nasty, hot tub looked good. Jets were broke. Primarily booked this hotel for the hot tub. Should have went somewhere else
